I went to the coles last week and I saw the flames pizza shop, I bought 2 slices of pizza with a drink for $10 only . its so cheap and also very good customer service tho!! now I ordered again for pickup and the pizza was so amazing !!! The owner of the shop and the staff is number 1 … :) and from now on I’ll be your loyal customer :) See less

I’ve always loved the pepperoni pizza from Flames caulfield. I literally could have eaten it all day every day. I am not sure what’s happened, maybe there is new staff but the last two times I’ve ordered from here have been the absolute worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I was hoping the first time it wasn’t good was just a bad night on their end but I’ve ordered again and the pizza was so soggy, I couldn’t eat it. Over half of the pizza from the middle was soggy. I’m not sure what it was that was doing this but you just can’t serve a pizza like that. Something has definitely changed and it doesn’t taste the same either. I ordered via uber so thankfully I got a refund. But unfortunately I won’t be ordering from Flames again. I’ll need to find a new favourite pizza shop. See less

I have come to this place for a second time in a year and forgot why I didn’t really like it the first time. The staff aren’t very good and don’t help when you ask questions. I thought it was reasonably priced but was charged extra for doing a half and half pizza - which they don’t tell you until after you order! You should be informative and place all your prices on a menu or the board. The pizza itself was okay - nothing special. The cheese kept sliding off which was very annoying. They also burnt the cheese on half of the pizza. Now I know why I won’t be coming here again. I think any pizza place would be better than this. See less

We have ordered a Large Chicken and Bacon Range pizza and it was awesome. Nice pizza base. It was enough for 2 people. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back. See less
