Staff super friendly, meals good value for price. Inside is a different vibe to outside. Would prefer outside (Especially in nice weather) as the atmosphere is a lot better. See less

We booked a lunch reservation at this hotel yesterday for today at 12:00pm. We turned up at 11:50am today being Anzac day and were told that the hotel was not opened till 12:00pm. We sat outside at a table and chairs to be told to get completely off their premises. How rude and totally unaustralian. So we will never go back there again and went to a better hotel down the road who greeted our patronage with warm arms. I have never been ordered off a hotel premises before and found this type of bad behavior totally disgusting!!! See less

We walked into Flanagan's for lunch after visiting the Avenue of Honour in Bacchus Marsh. The people at the counter and the serving staff were very friendly, polite and professional in their interactions with us. We ordered Beer, and Lemon, Lime n' Bitters for drinks. We had Garlic Prawns, Brisket Burgher, Steak Sandwich (with and without bacon), and Golden Chicken Strips for mains. For dessert, we had the Crème Brûlée and the Sticky Date Pudding. The serving portions are quite big and cooked to perfection. They have a good collection of Irish food and drinks, which should be tried. We sat outside as it was a very pleasant day, at wooden tables that were reminiscent of pubs in Europe. The music ranged from pop to rock from the 90s, which suited us quite well. A really nice place to have lunch or dinner in because of the food, ambience and exceptional service. See less

Large pub that appears pretty popular. Guinness pie and a Guinness is pretty hard to beat, especially when weather is warm enough to allow outdoor dining. The pie was tasty with plenty of meat, chunky enough to satisfy the chew. No excess fillers (carrot, celery etc) either, just basically meat and gravy topped with the flaky pastry lid. See less

Great place for a feed, was there last night, had a few cold Kilkennys and a Guiness pie or 2, which was 10/10. All the other food we have was good also. If I was to say anything bad about the place would possibly be the time it took the food come out. But that's the only thing negative I could say and still deserves the 5 stars as it wasnt too bad. Staff were friendly and nice. Place was well heated as yesterday was a bit chilly. Great environment, Great location, Great place all in all ;) 100% be going back See less

overpriced meals and extremely small portions also $10 sub charge for Public holiday fee it’s an exaggeration (they don’t tell you till I already paid) $45 for a tiny steak it’s a total joke. I would not recommend this place it’s a waste of money See less

Nice to sit outside. Good atmosphere. The food was nice but the chef needs to have quality control prior to sending the food out. The seafood platter was served without the taste and zero lemon wedges. When we asked, the waitress brought 1 lemon wedge in her hand! and then the tartre was brought out looking sad and dated. They treat their staff very, very poorly. They openly speak to them like trash infront of other customers. Considering the price of the food is unusually high, and they have been done for underpaying their staff previously by Fairwork Australia, you'd hope they are atleast paid correctly to be spoken to so disgustingly. It ruined our night to hear it and we won't return here unless it's under new management. Avoid if you care about people being paid correctly and their mental health. See less

Husband and I had a great lunch there today. I had the lamb shanks which were so yummy, tender and full of flavour. Husband had the Irish stew which he said reminded him of his late grandma's recipe. We can't wait to have visit again soon. See less

A good pub, with plenty of seating and a large range on the food menu. More Aussie than Irish, the tip of the hat to Ireland is a section on the menu, and Guinness! I had the burger that was tasty and filling. Same can be said of the Veggie Burger. The garlic prawns was rated 5 out 5 by the Mrs. We'll be back! See less
