Been going there regularly just short of a year now, If you get the lady (Katie), you will have fantastic food, but the other two guys are incompetent. Don't even bother going in if you see them running the shop alone, they don't listen, mess up orders, and smirk condescending/rude remarks to each other about customers when they think no one can hear them.
(As someone with 9 years experience in hospitality, it has happened enough to see a pattern, a few bad days are understandable but this is negligence now.)
As for food quality and pricing, It varies on what/who you get. Generally it's a bit over priced but certain things like chips & gravy and seafood basket are worth it.
This is my chicken schnitzel burger with 50 cents worth of extra lettuce, prepared by the two guys, hate to see what without extra lettuce would look like. Bread was on the edge of stale, chicken was okay though.
In conclusion, with a heavy heart I leave this review, it can be a fantastic place that makes you want to go everyday, but also a horrible place that leaves you thinking why you even bothered, sadly it's all luck of the draw. See less
