I really don't like writing negative reviews because every business deserves a chance, but this was so disapointing... I ordered pork soup to take away. While I was waiting I noticed that the lobster/fish tank filter was making a very loud, extremily high pitched continuous buzzing sound that started to give me a headache. I had just finished work and had been looking forward to a soup take out all day, so I was so dissapointed when I got home to discover that $19 had bought me uncooked noodles covered in oil, about 5 pieces of dry pork, and a broth that was...well the broth was okay, but very bland The steamed bok choi was good, it was very fresh. That was the best part of the meal...the bok choi. I ate the bok choi and left the pork in the broth to soften up. The noodles were horrible so I just threw them out. See less

My daughter was craving congee and none of the Asian restaurants in Gungahlin had any. Luckily, Fortune box had it. We ordered it via Ubereats and Yang Chow fried rice. Both were extremely delicious. Thank you for having congee for my daughter. See less

Went to order lunch, outside menu looked completely different to inside menu which threw me off. Lady who served me at the counter made me wait a while before I had my order taken, not sure why since there was no other people eating at the restaurant. Received my takeaway food and found it didn't come with any cutlery or chopsticks so I had to find some from my work kitchen. Food was very, very salty and oily. The sauce had a visible layer of separated grease on top. Ended up feeling pretty sick in my stomach within an hour of eating the food, probably wasn't cooked well and given that it was chicken that is very worrying. Steer clear if you are looking for good food and service. See less

I and my partner were finding the place to buy only rice to take away. We saw Fortune box across street and walk-in ordering 'rice for two to take away' As the picture tells, we recieved the old, hard, with mixed color rice that we don't know where those brown came from. I do aware that we have walked-in late of business time (around 8:20-8:30pm which the shop closing 9pm) but if your product doesn't meet the quality at the end of the night, please don't sell it to the customers. I came from the country where rice is the main dish, so i very much order rice anywhere i go, locally or internationally, i'm sure that i n ever found any restaurant serve the rice as this place. No consistency even with the same chef. No opening hours sign...says its open online and store had open sign yet it was locked and obviously closed. Rude I'd say staff but its just one crabby lady. Massive argument between Chef and crabby lady whilst waiting for takeaway order. Food not good enough to justify price. No desire to go back! See less

Food was fantastic and the chef is very accommodating. On a previous visit, another chef did not cook a dish the way it was meant to be. Immediately, the resident chef offered to make a new batch for us right there and then. We were very impressed with his service. We declined his generosity. The next visit, he more than made up for it. Very impressed indeed. See less

Ordered through menulog, driver only grabbed 1 bag and forgot the 2nd, called Restaurant who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to deliver the rest of order immediately. Exceptional service , a Restaurant who prides themselves on customer service and customer satisfaction. Very happy. ( it was not the Restaurants fault but the delivery driver fault) highly recommended this Restaurant for service and great food. See less

We come here quite often and really enjoy the roast duck, the skin is crispy and on point and the meat well seasoned and savory. My personal favourite it the beef dry noodle, you can smell the fire and smoke coating the noodles ! See less

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We ordered takeaway and the Peking chilli beef was all raw inside. They also gave us sweet and sour chicken instead of honey chicken as ordered. Both dishes were extremely salty and completely soggy. See less

If there is a zero star I would rank this restaurant zero. I really can’t describe how bad is it. My worst meal in my whole life. Bad dream. The honey chicken is sweet and soul, and the chill beef one is totally raw, totally totally raw! even after I microwave 5 mins still half cooked. We ate a little bit and threw away the rest, instead we ate microwave instant vegetables for dinner, which tasted much better then food there! See less

Food was decent for the price, it’s inexpensive for food similar quality to wok it up. Fast and tasty without being luxurious. My only problem was the staff often seemed quite cold towards me. Even when quiet, they would rush serving me. The food would be shoved in my hand with no kind of response. This place uses thigh fillet chicken not breast. See less
