Breakfast was no doubt very delicious, but served with an extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I travelled from Sydney to Canberra for 2 weeks and stayed with Abode Apartments, so I thought Foundry to be the best option for my breakfast since it's just down there. It opens at 7 o clock for other customers, but since I have to start working at 7, I requested the lady there if she could serve me breakfast at 6:45 (she comes to work at 6:30), to which she agreed. I thought, "breakfast for 2 weeks, sorted!!" I preordered to give them enough time to prepare my breakfast, and really appreciated them for having it ready when I went there to pick it up the next day, but the lady replied, "You left no choice for us!" It was very disappointing for me to be served breakfast with this mood, and I told her colleague to tell her not to be rude. The other lady repeated what she had said earlier and was totally unregretful about what she had just said. I said," OK, I won't buy from you again, if it's that bothersome for you." to which she agreed! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, is what I would say!! See less

Great coffee. Smaller Cafe with a calm attmosphere and swift service. Limited indoor seating. Great for a midweek takeaway coffee or fresh smoothie. Breaky roll deal is delish and good value. See less
