I have been a delivery customer of Franky's for 5/6 years.
Not after tonights experience.
2/3 orders ago, Ben and Jerrys ice-cream was not delivered, called Franky's, we will put a note for it to be delivered next order.
Last order, Garlic Bread and 1.25LT Coke not delivered, we will put a note for it to be delivered next order.
Tonights order, Family size, half Hawaiian, extra pineapple, garlic and tomato (no extra pineapple, no garlic) half Chicken delight, extra chicken (no extra chicken) Requested the owed ice-cream, 1.25LT coke and garlic bread.
The PIZZA received is a mess, its not a Pizza! dog food if that, well the dog did end up eating it and we went around to Diggers Rest Pizza.
I called Franky's politely and spoke to a young girl, who was relaying my questions to somebody, I was told I could return the Pizza if I wasn't happy (defeats the purpose of having it delivered) I requested to speak to the Manager or person in charge, I was denied, I questioned about the owed ice-cream, they had no record of it, I politely requested again to speak to the Manager and then I was hung up on!
