Just got egg and bacon roll today.pretty sure by how dry it is that it was yesterdays reheated.seving stuff like that i had to be glad it was in a hospital.at least help is near by if i get sick. Try harder do better for your customers,its not that hard to have fresh food or make them to order..a bit of butter on the roll would help also.next time il take the short walk across the road to topz deli. Disappointing. In these Covid days, a cramped area for perusing available food, especially when trying to find alternatives to the terrible hospital food served to family members who are patients. I was rudely chastised by a staff member for hovering with my phone, as I tried to explain to my relative what was available. I was told to move away, as others had to pass me. The staff member was obviously unaware that in this and many previous visits to the cafe, I had passed and been passed by numerous other people quickly and without difficulty. But the cafe definitely has not adjusted well to the Covid problem. There's no room for customers to study the offerings properly while in the narrow aisle leading to the checkout. I won't make judgment on the food, except to say the prices seem excessive, and the chips don't deserve their name-- lukewarm and not crisp. Cappuccino satisfactory, but I'll be bringing treats for my relative from outside from now on. See less

Nice people and good service but as for food quality, I wouldn't recommend. Chips were uncooked and soggy with little to no taste. Yiros was cold and flavourless and hotdogs were very average. Would not be returning. See less

Could be better if the prices from 8pm to 10pm matched the prices at 6pm. Had to go to dominos to get a good priced pizza as the $11 pizzas didn't start to 8... What a weird timing.... 🤷 Would have gotten the $16 dollar deal at 8pm... Pizza and two drinks .. but like I said didn't start till 8pm. 🤷 See less

This was really clean and the service was very good. Happy smiles welcomed with a hope that you're having a great day how can I help you. My order was taken and my piece of quiche was really delicious and nice and hot. My husband ham salad roll looked and tasted really yummy! My husband was very impressed. Well equipped for a hospital cafe/canteen. Lots of hot options, fresh options and cakes. Magazines and junk food. Beware of the lava hot coffee. Ask for a tray or second cup unless you want to lose skin on your walk through the hospital. See less

I purchased three times from this cafe as I work nearby, once the coffee was agreeable, but last 2 times it was bitter as all hell. The sandwiches were very dry and not buttered. The enviro containers for the sandwiches are NOT airtight so they rapidly dry out during the course of the day. I just hope it improves as it is so convenient to purchase lunch from my work place. 6th December 2015, just updating the improvement to this venue, I guess practice makes perfect See less
