I ordered butter chicken and rice as part of the lunch takeaway deal. I was disappointed that the curry was not warm and the chicken was slightly cool inside. In addition, the person who served me seemed to be coughing without covering their mouth - which is extremely unhygienic esp. in the COVID environment. See less

Absolutely amazing food, great service and super friendly staff. I've tried most of the menu and it's all delicious - you can't go wrong. Plus there's generally something new to try! There's something for everyone, including vegetarians and vegans. The fried chicken is always succulent and never overdone or oily, the chips are easily some of the best I've had and the desserts and shakes are incredible 🤤. See less

More people need to know about this place. Hands down Canberra's best! The flavour combinations are fantastic and the consistency of their cooking is unreal. I've dined in and had takeaway and all times I'm highly impressed. Cannot recommend these guys enough. See less

I don't know where to start but I'll start with one word. AMAZING! My husband and I frequent food festivals and food trucks in Canberra, so we've been fans fof Fricken for a while. We've wanted to go to the restaurant since it opened but didn't have a chance until tonight. We came for the Floriade Night Fest menu. (A Belconnen branch would be great if they expand! 😜) Everything was so good! We loved the bloom milkshake and all of the food, but nothing compares to that dessert. The marshmallows were so good and perfectly toasted and the flavours all complemented each other perfectly. When the server brought them out, I could also both feel the warmth of the toasted marshmallows and hear the popping candy. It was a full sensory experience! I hope that both the bloom shake and the dessert find their way onto the permanent menu! See less
