Great food and exceptional service. One of the items we ordered for delivery was Laksa. The noodles were missing from the order so we rang them. They were very apologetic and fresh noodles were delivered within 15 minutes. Everyone makes mistakes but the important thing is how the mistakes are handled. Gary's Kitchen responded very quickly to correct the error. That is excellent service in my opinion. With other Chinese restaurants I have ordered from in the past, they have told me to come and pick up the missing items (and usually with no apology). Thank you to the staff at Gary's Kitchen for delicious food and amazing service. See less

Beware. Food servings were smaller for recent takeaway order. We ordered a variety of takeaway dishes back in August of this year. All were in regular sized plastic containers, everything was very tasty. Ordered takeaway again recently and the plastic containers were quite a bit smaller, same price of course. Food was again tasty but most annoying that Gary's has taken to using a container with a lot less food in it. Never before seen such containers used in a restaurant. The attached photo shows the container from a meal that I froze from Gary's back in August alongside one used for our recent delivery. See less

The restaurant is clean, fresh, and brightly lit. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the price is very reasonable. It is absolutely perfect for a quick family meal or a small group gathering. However, it is not exactly a congenial setting for a romantic dinner or business meeting. I suggest the ambiance can be much improved by Simply turning off the glaring white spectrum flood lights. See less

Foods ok but wasn't happy with customer service. I ordered sixty dollars worth of food through uber. They don't have an option of crispy noodle on the menu to order so I called the restaurant after placing the order to please add them. She said I should go back and change my order to a smaller fried rice and crispy noodles! She says they cost 3 dollars I cannot add them to your order. I love eating my Chinese with crispy noodles. Ordered Combination short soup and fried Dim Sims. Both are so tasty. Dim sim was lovely and crunchy. Full of flavor. Combination short soup is packed full of veg, meat and dumpling. Could not be more happy. Can't wait to try everything on the menu. 😁 See less
