First time visiting this bakery. Am not from Gawler way. Stopped in for breakfast this morning and ordered a bacon and egg sandwich and it was by far the best bacon and egg sandwich I’ve ever had! anytime I’m near Gawler will be definitely stopping in again if I have the chance. We asked if the cakes were fresh No they were not fresh maybe left on counter for to long Coffee could not drink the first cup stone cold The second cup was hot but undrinkable Left it all on the table outside for them to collect See less

This is definitely one of the better bakeries in the state of S. A. Although their coffee FLAVOUR wasn't at the top of MY list, the service was excellent; very hot coffee and not a lot of froth on a lactose free cuppacino as asked for, delivered in a reasonably timely manner on a busy day. Can absolutely recommend this shop having been a coffee shop proprietor myself for 4 years. See less

Had seen all the great reviews. Loved the cornish pasty, sausage roll and great coffee. Able to sit outside with the dogs. Went back in to buy some bread but both girls busy. One was making a salad sandwich that took forever. The other making coffees. About five people waiting to order. I put the bread back after around 8 minutes of waiting. Need more staff. This was 8 am on a Saturday morning. See less

Amazing food and a nice little bakery. Has that authentic old school feel to it, like a country town bakery. Bit out dated to day the least just makes it feel more homely. Will definitely visit again and again. Sausage roll, cheese kransky and meat pie were excellent and price was perfect. The finger buns were grand and some if the freshest ones I've tasted in a long time. Take a visit, you won't be disappointed 👍🏼 See less

This place does great food, no doubt about it, but I will never go back there for a salad roll. The last 2 times I have ordered a salad roll it has taken at least 20 minutes for it to be made( no exaggeration). The girls who make the rolls are infuriatingly slow:-gazing around the shop, fussing around with the butter and other ingredients, and generally taking as long as humanly possible to fill the order. The shop hasn't been busy on either of these occasions and the staff haven't had huge orders to fill. They are just too slow! See less

This Bakery is second to none!!! Plus I finally found a Delicious TUNA PIE 😊 More bakers need to visit this delightful boutique bakery to take a leaf out of their book as their quality, service and amazing range of good old fashioned pies and delights are truly amazing! This is our favourite bakery. We end up coming here most Sundays. It's become a tradition and feels weird if we don't. The staff are super friendly, and the pepper potato pie is so good. I'd like to try some of their speciality pies like the Mac and cheese or the cheeseburger pies but they end up putting ham or bacon in all of them which I don't eat. They look good though 😉 See less
