Poor / horrible customer service ☺️ The rude female owner gave me the wrong sushi and when I politely requested what I had ordered she begrudgingly slammed it down on the counter. I used to go order from here regularly and will not be going back! See less

The rude lady (owner) serving refused to let us buy the fresh salmon/avocado sushi rolls, which we requested due to the ones stacked on top clearly being very old and crusty. We did not give her our business on that day. Instead we crossed the road to Sushi Musa, for amazing, high quality, FRESH sushi, and great service. And we did not regret it one bit. See less

Young girl behind the counter was extremely rude! All we did was line up looking at thier offered foods and the lady behind the counter yelled at us "Just wait a minute!" we didnt even say anything. so all 5 of us left. Hope you go out of business with an attidute like that. Pathetic. See less

Rude staff member couldn't cut sushi to make it easier to eat. Paying customer ordering four sushi rolls while staff member was rude and refused to cut sushi before throwing it in a bag. See less

I havent seen a place with $10 efpos minimum since 2010. It has stopped me from being able to purchase anything a few times. Even a 1 or 2% surcharge would be fine. See less

Based on what I've seen, this place can be relatively cheap. The food is good (I had Tiger Rolls, Vegetable Spring Rolls and a bowl of Chicken Katsu). My partner enjoyed her meal too. See less

I have been going to Genki Sushi occasionally over the past 7 years, while I studied and now as I work. While the food is generally average and I accept that, it is the service over the past couple of years that I finally give this review. The service provided is consistently disrespectful, it is abrupt and rude. It is as if it is a hassle for you to be served. See less

I was absolutely disappointed by the level of service, the lady serving me spoke to me directly in Chinese despite the fact that this is an english speaking country. She made assumptions based on physical appearances of a person, absolutely disgusting. The food was wvay overpriced and the curry chicken tasted like reconstructed frozen mutton.
