We had Easter Sunday lunch, which coincidentally all of Canberra must've also thought was a good idea?! 'Ginseng' was booked-out. However, after a short wait we were given a table. Superb service was provided by all of the staff we encountered. Meals were served very quickly - I noticed 10 chefs when I paid ✅. The quality & taste of the food was amazing. 5 stars. We'll be back, when we're hankering for some great Chinese food! See less

Absolutely terrible experience there. We’ve been told to wait at the lobby since we do not have online booking.We waited for one hour and then another guy told us they cannot let us in because they were too busy. It’s shocking how they treat customers this way, especially for new customers like us who’s never been there before. See less

Terrible! Make sure you figure out all of these before you decide to drive here for a lunch… First of all, this restaurant needs reservation. Otherwise you will need to stand outside of the front door for 20-30min until you can be invited in. I stood 20min before being invited in, which is unacceptable! Even the academician of the US Academy of Science doesn’t let me wait for 1 min! Second, this restaurant is in a club, you need to pay for 10 bucks entree fee before you can go up to the second floor where the restaurant locates! See less

Outstanding Asian food in a Greek Social Club. This is a popular destination restaurant. Always busy. Service can be indifferent, but the food is excellent. If going for Yum Cha, request a table on the outside. The tables in the middle do not see the trolleys. Sometimes orders for dishes will require several requests before the staff understand that you really do want what you have ordered. See less

Take away half roasted duck for dinner tonight but was truly disappointed as the roasted duck was very little in serving size, soggy and didn’t look fresh. As a regular, I don’t mind to pay $26 for half roasted duck but I just feel in serving food like this the restaurant clearly don’t treat their customer with respect. See less

My first time coming for yum cha here. It was really good. The food was fresh and all yum cha we're really yummy. The staff were attentive and quick in responding to requests. Note: I gave 5 stars only for yum cha sessions. I have been to some banquet events in groups setting and they were not very nice. See less

Absolutely amazing food, well priced and very very friendly staff, we will definitely be back! We highly recommend this restaurant. Very fresh and tasty food. A rare gem :) They do Yum Cha on weekends too, will be back there for a weekend visit for sure !!! See less

One of the best fried rices in Canberra. The lobster tails were excellent too. Fresh Chinese broccoli to complement the menu. Friendly and helpful staff. The place can get busy for lunch and dinner. Free car park provided by the club. See less
