0 stars. Terrible experience. Went tonight in a group including kids. Left after just under two hours with only 2 dishes having been served at the table. The other 10 or so dishes we had ordered still hadn’t come out. Kids had lost it and adults fed up with waiting. Service was terrible. Asked after the food several times with no real answer. To make it worse several tables around us that were seated much later had all been served relatively promptly. We’ve put up with the terrible service for Yum Cha here plenty of times, won’t bother again. Definitely avoid for a la carte. I won’t be going back for either.

Pretty disappointing, initially tried to put our group on two separate tables until we said no. Table was not ready and service was pretty slow, variety of food was pretty poor, basically everything was prawn, until we had to ask for some variety. Had to ask for everything a number of times. Average service, average variety of food and average flavour ,

Huge plus that you can make a reservation. Service was super quick and food was delicious. So much better compared to our local Gold leaf at Sunshine.

Loved it when I went for Yum Cha another time with a couple of friends. Decently priced and tasted yummy. Definitely will be back! Very authentic! A must-go!

We went with our two kids for yum cha and loved it (the four stars instead of five is only due to another visit during week which we found slightly less suitable with kids)

Took my mum for the yum cha first sitting on a recent Saturday and had an incredible experience. Had read previous recent reviews and can't see how it was the same place! Staff were incredibly friendly and diligent. Food was fresh, plentiful and most importantly delicious. Place is big but that just adds to overall great atmosphere. From a COVID-19 perspective - there are hand santiser stations on entry and the QR code is prominently displayed. Will definitely be going back!

Went there for dinner on Mothers day and have never been so disappointed with the experience. Waited over an hour just to get drinks, ordered the banquet and didn't receive our entree 1.5 hours into our booking. It was clear that they were understaffed and weren't able to cope with the service that night. Service was extremely slow and frustrating as we continued to wait for the meals and when they arrived they poor quality and rushed.I could see the frustration of others on the surrounding tables as they were waiting for their food. The room was freezing cold as they had the aircon on and we repeatedly had to ask them to turn if off as everyone in the room was cold. The food is overpriced and because of the poor service I would not recommend this place to others.

Been around 9 years since I dined in and nothing has changed. Some dishes still lukewarm and borderline cold and service is average at times. Taste was there but it's very average compared to Sunshine and Docklands Gold leaf branches.

Food here has always been good! I've never had bad service from this place before but 2 days ago when I was having dinner here a waitress named May was very rude. I have asked for some spices and sauce to go with my food for dipping and she kept questioning me why aggressively. I have asked 4 times for the same thing and she kept approaching our table instead of other staff. After when we received our sauces she told her fellow staff to stand and watch us eat. It was a very Uncomfortable and weird experience.

As always, great place to go with family and friends. One of the guys that bring you to your table (in suit) was friendly and funny. At first the food came slowly but it just needed some time to get it rolling. The trolley ladies gave short description of the food in their trolleys but its all about just trying the dishes that look good :) and DON'T FORGET TO HAVE the mango pudding!

Average Chinese dim sum. Good variety but taste is average and loaded up with MSG. Portion sizes are good for the price. Service is standard Chinese style with limited English. Cleanliness needs improving as the floor was sticky with food scraps.
