Doughnuts are displayed nicely in the window and staff are friendly, but didn't know much about the donut flavours or fillings. Prices are a little unclear as there are different prices and donut box deals. They did not have all the flavours available as listed on their website and instagram pages, but they did have quite a wide selection. If you're after something in particular, I would recommend calling ahead and confirming they have it in stock.
Overall, the dough was fluffy, the flavours were 'true' to their name and they were a decent size. HIGHLIGHT was the Rocher Dossant (donut/croissant) It had a beautiful flakey pastry, a nutty taste, sweet nutella on top and some wafers for crunch! Donuts- we got oreo cheesecake, nutella filled, lemon, biscoff, and caramel. Oreo was DELICIOUS, the cheesecake filling was soft, sweet but not too 'cream' tasting like some of the other oreo donuts, nutella was basic but can't disappoint. The Biscoff was topped well, but needed filling as it was a bit plain, the lemon curd filling was delicious, but the topping tasted a bit like a 'Kids DIY icing kit form coles' (Just sugar and water if you know what I mean) and the caramel was nice, but nothing special.
I'm glad we made the visit, the dossant is well worth the trip. No doubt, the donuts are very tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say they're the best in Melbourne suburbia. See less
