A dear friend brought this box for our family due to being sick! Presentation was outstanding! However, all the wrap chocolate were covered in white and was stale and the donuts were all dry and stale! Had the double choc loaded brownie delivered last minute and didn’t have much expectations for it since they’re based in Melbourne and would have to deliver to me in SA. Was impressed with how the brownie was still so delicious! Super chocolatey and moist and they definitely didn’t skimp on the toppings. The brownie was MASSIVE yet I still managed to finish it all in 1 sitting hahah goodbye to my diet, definitely getting it again! See less

Ordered the big d energy box for my boyf and only realised I wrote a different message last minute and wanted to get it changed, Gavin went above and beyond, getting back to me even though it was way past office hours (10pm). This review is not based on how the doughnuts look and taste, I'm sure they're delicious and they looked great, but rather the customer service. I received doughnuts for my birthday at the beginning of the month which were delivered. I was in a work meeting and could not get to the door, when I eventually got to the door there were ants all over the donuts because the box wasn't taped completely all the way. This is not the fault of Goldelucks but I sent an email (no phone number to call) to let them know they can improve their process and also the disappointment of having to throw away a present from friends. I thought I would give the team some time to reply but it has been more than three weeks later and I have yet to receive any acknowledgement of my situation. Disappointed to say the least. Update: Was contacted by management 5 days after this review and they didn't take responsibility for it being left out which is fair. Was advised that my friends should have purchased the additional gift and protective wrapping for $6 but was offered a discount voucher to be sent to my friend for a future order. Not the worst service but also not the most sympathetic response to the situation. See less

Donuts are fantastic and worth every cent, milkshakes/thickshakes are terrible and completely overpriced. Add to that rude staff, i would have thought in these covid times staff would be keen for business, won't be going back unfortunately. Seems tik toc fame has gone to their heads. There are better places to go. See less

Had a large order made for all my coworkers to cheer them up and they all loved it! Customer service was excellent, Andy helped me with my order every step of the way and was so accommodating to all my customizations and requests. Was scrambling for a last minute birthday cake for my niece since my previous cake delivery fell through and found this store. Ordered the giant M&M donut cake and literally got it delivered in 2 hours!!! Safe to say I am beyond impressed!!! The donut truly was a GIANT and tasted amazing as well. Got the surfing tiny teddy decorating kit for my kids to do during lockdown and it was such an amazing activity for them! The kit got delivered on the same day, and came with all the ingredients required and a set of instructions. My kids had so much fun decorating the donuts and they were so delicious! Doughnuts are displayed nicely in the window and staff are friendly, but didn't know much about the donut flavours or fillings. Prices are a little unclear as there are different prices and donut box deals. They did not have all the flavours available as listed on their website and instagram pages, but they did have quite a wide selection. If you're after something in particular, I would recommend calling ahead and confirming they have it in stock. Overall, the dough was fluffy, the flavours were 'true' to their name and they were a decent size. HIGHLIGHT was the Rocher Dossant (donut/croissant) It had a beautiful flakey pastry, a nutty taste, sweet nutella on top and some wafers for crunch! Donuts- we got oreo cheesecake, nutella filled, lemon, biscoff, and caramel. Oreo was DELICIOUS, the cheesecake filling was soft, sweet but not too 'cream' tasting like some of the other oreo donuts, nutella was basic but can't disappoint. The Biscoff was topped well, but needed filling as it was a bit plain, the lemon curd filling was delicious, but the topping tasted a bit like a 'Kids DIY icing kit form coles' (Just sugar and water if you know what I mean) and the caramel was nice, but nothing special. I'm glad we made the visit, the dossant is well worth the trip. No doubt, the donuts are very tasty, and we thoroughly enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say they're the best in Melbourne suburbia. Walk in an be greeted with the most witching staff. Smell the fresh donuts with few seats and some outside. The red donut just released today with a sweet and gingery flavour. All donuts are soft and fluffy. I thoroughly enjoyed the caramilk donut which was sweet but not too overpowering. See less
