Golden Lake at Springvale ShoppingCentre Visited on 8/2/2021 Located just at the right of the front entrance, this shop has two sections. The front at the window is for the roast, having slabs of crispy skin roast pork, soy sauce chicken, roast duck and sweet roast pork hung on metal rails, can clearly be seen through the front windows by passerby. There bakkwa or rougan of chicken, pork and beef come in two flavours, honey and chili. The Honey Pork is more familiar to Singaporeans and Malayians. Crispy Pork Floss can be eaten as it is, or used as filling in a bread roll or sandwich. Another popular item is the Bahn Mi roll with a variety of fillings. The second section is further inside to the atrium. In the L-shape display unit are mouth watering pastries, biscuits, desserts and dim sum item. I love the big meat bun, which is big enough to satisfy one's hungry stomach. See less

This place is definitely a hidden treasure. Lots of yummy Cantonese food sold here without going into a Chinese restaurant. Egg tart is the best and made with many layers of puff pastry. Super authentic Cantonese recipe. Their big pork bun is another best where it is very hard to find in Melbourne. They also have others such as Malaysian cake (aka ma lai gao) and variety of roasted meat. Their food quality is ok and the price very reasonable. Worth the trip. Their bun can buy in hot or cold. This shop is walking distance to train station and bus stop. Car park is also nearby. This shop is a takeaway shop, no dine in tables. See less

I love their roasted pork the most, not salty at all! The other menus they have must be tasted as well, I especially addicted to their 'pork organs' and the chicken feet, my favs all the time, price wise is reasonable as well. See less
