Ok wanted a Kabab so we thought we would try Grab a Kabab, well we won’t be back very average 2 young girls working we ordered 2 chicken Kabab one had all meat & very little salad the other had more salad less meat very hit and miss won’t be back and we eat out 4-5 times a week. See less

They so stingy when it comes to portion size. Even if you order the large they give you half the chips and hardly any meat. I will never go there again wast of my money. Also I realised it's only the melton team all the other locations give you good portions. See less

I found a hair in my HSP so my partner drove back to get a refund. My partner questioned why the employees were not wearing hair nets the response he got was "We don't get told to" which is really funny because by law everyone who handles food is required to wear a hair net. Will not be going back here again See less

Last night around 10pm, I had purchased a Large Lamb HSP. Usually I get the Chicken, but understandbly only the Lamb was left as it was close to closing time. When I received the food, the meat was so cold I threw the whole thing away. It almost tasted raw and when I took a closer look - it wasnt cooked properly. Usually when they shave the meat, they quickly fry the meat - but obviously they had missed this step. I understand it was close to closing time, but the standard of food shouldn't have to suffer because of this. I am very unhappy and disappointed as they are usually good. See less
