Sadly, was really disappointed by my dining experience. My partner got the parmy burger and it was cold raw in the middle. My garlic prawn pizza was nice, but with only 4 prawns on the whole pizza, was nothing special to write home about. Service was shocking too. One of the wait staff took the remainder of my bowl of fries from our partner mid bite and ran off before we had the chance to say we weren't finished. Pretty sad really. See less

My husband and I ordered 2 burgers for takeaway tonight. After standing by the bar, waiting 30mins, my husband asked where our food was. We got and apology and was told that our order was "overlooked". How 2 customers standing around for 30mins without any staff acknowledging them baffles me. The staff appeared more than happy to stand around the end of the bar talking amongst themselves while we stood and waited. We were offered a free can of drink as compensation for our troubles. Which is quiet frankly, pathetic. We checked our order once we got back to the car. The chips were cold and soggy and the burgers were luke warm. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and after waiting around so long, I was in pain and just wanted to go home. We reheated our food in our oven to try salvage our meal. I ordered the dirty bird and was disappointed to find that such an expensive burger used cheap cuts of meat filled with fascia. Definitely will never be going back to this place. It's clear by the reviews that poor customer service is frequent, especially with take away customers being overlooked. See less

Hot damn this place sells a delicious burger. The fried chicken is juicy and tasty and the fries hot, crispy and spiced perfectly. Real root beer and sarspirelli and you're in burger heaven. Top class servers and cooks. I'll be back. See less

Love this place! Food is always delicious, super hot and very well done. Now a huge shoutout to the owner or manager here that runs the Instagram page, I had a pizza missing a sauce and reached out to him privately just to clarify that it was a mistake. He was extremely professional, super friendly and understanding and I couldn't have been happier with the interaction. The following week I ordered the same pizza, plus chicken burger, poppers and was perfectly done. We've ordered from.here and the Braddon store multiple times and always been great. The price is high but the servings are massive. Do yourself a favour and go here. See less

I have been going to the Gungahlin Grease Monkey for 2 years now and am still waiting for a bad experience, this place has been consistently fantastic to a frightening degree. This has led me to feeling anxious and anticipating a bad experience, i was waiting to write a review until that happened, it hasn't but given the length in time decided i should. Ordered the greasy burger with a can of coke, which was roughly $25. I didn’t think it was anything special. The patty was a bit dry and overcooked but everything else was okay. Still a decent feed, so I think 3 stars is reasonable. See less

I had the burger called "greasy" also ordered other items like sweet potato fries & mash potatoes n gravey. The whole meal all together was massive, might look expensive when looking at the prices but it's definitely worth it. Awesome burger I loved it so much I will be definitely be back for more. The service here was excellent. I suffer from having fussy children and the staff were kind enough to allow the fussy ones to bring in outside food. The staff couldn't have been nicer, or more helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to eat here. On top of that the food was delicious, as was the ice cold beer. Thanks guys See less

Seriously the BEST EVER hot chips with gravy (lots of it in a separate container) neatly served FRESHHH and HOTT in a takeaways box, ready quickly, served by friendly staff! I rarely eat hot chips, so when I do I want them to be awesome and this place provided just that!! 👍👍👍👍👍 See less

I went on Friday night without booking but it was pleasant to have a good seating and short waiting for food. Pizza is the best! So crispy the crust area and cheesy and delicious. Definitely order again. Thwy have a quite good deal if you are going in a group. Maddie!!!! You were super nice tonight and gave me a great service. Amazing person. Thank you! I really enjoyed.
