On 22 December, I rang up to order takeaway. I was asked to do this via deliveroo, however I am located out of the zone, so I was not eligible for delivery. After explaing this to the person on the phone, I was asked to hold why he spoke with the manager. I was holding for over 5 minutes and heard him serving a customer while I was on hold. It was not until I said hello did someone answer and advised that I was able to order takeaway over the phone.
When picking up my order, I arrived at the pick up location and I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me, meanwhile the two staff were standing there havigng a chat and it was obvious that they saw me waiting! It was not until another staff member came over and asked me what name my order was under. I advised them it was under Kylie, and they said that there was no order under that name. I was then told that the order was under Harry. I said no Kylie, and the female staff member told me I said Harry! I don't know how they got Harry from Kylie, but I am very disappointed with the service at Woden. I have never had a poor experience at Braddon. I could not understand the attitude and the disinterest that was shown. See less
