Very disapointing. Bread was stale. The burger had inadequate sauce and the slaw was just shredded cabbage. HFC bites were crispy but that's just because of the copious amount of cornflour. Wagyu patty was not as advertised. Soggy sweat potato chips. Avoid! See less

Had lovely dinner this evening and just want to shout out the great work of the team tonight. It was quite a busy night (seemed like they were getting slammed with dine in and takeaway) and every staff member's attitude was bright, friendly and professional. The manager did a particularly good job, making sure to check in during the meal and resolving customer complaints without any fuss (even though some of the complaints were communicated in a less than polite way). Definitely recommend. See less

Me and wife had an order of 2burgers and a sweet potato chips and a normal chips. Everything was so good but the sweet potato chips was burnt as charcoals and tasted bitter so couldn't eat at all. Eventhough that was a small size and I did not think that it took long time to cook a new one. I hope it won't happen again to other customers. See less

Burgers are good. But they need to take a hint from Rashays Belconnen on how to cook sweet potatoe chips that aren't burnt. Even given a second chance at using a credit for the first lot of burnt chips they were still very burned. They used to be really good. See less

Such a disappointing experience. Grill’d used to be one of our favorite places to eat but the last couple of times has been a series of missed items, rude service and now burnt food. We went on 22nd Jan around 11:15am to a fairly quite restaurant and were still disappointed. Won’t be going back again. See less

Great burgers, fresh chips, nice environment/aesthetic. Great for casual or close groups because eating a burger can be messy. Love have they involve their customers in where their support for the community goes with the Local Matters tokens. See less

Grill'd is the peak of consistency, no matter if it is in Sydney or Canberra. Burgers and chips are the only things worth buying and they are excellent. The wait time is always 10 minutes longer than you'd like it to be. See less

One of our favourite places in Canberra for burgers. Located next to the Target in the Westfield Belconnen. The chips come out with a little too much herb and salt so I would ask not to have any when placing the order. Friendly staff and usually quick service. See less
