We went for the meat free Monday deal and I have to say, as a meat eater, I was impressed. The staff was polite and nice and gave us just the right amount of attention without being overbearing. In overall, a great experience and we are likely to visit again. See less

Have been there a few times recently and have found the staff to be cheerful and helpful as well as seeming to know what they are doing. There is a good range of burgers available and service is pretty quick. We have had good burgers each time and we will continue to support this crew. See less

I found the service at this location to be particularly bad. Our waitress forgot several things we ordered, and we had to ask repeatedly. The waitress said 'yeah no problem' and then just disappeared. Seriously disappointing to pay $50 for a burger dinner for 2 people when some bratty waitress clearly was too lazy to do her job and didn't care to even check that we got the food we ordered. It wasn't even busy around 9pm, Fri 14 Jan. Hopefully Grill'd Manuka will address this. See less

Wouldn't accept online order credit card details. Went into restaurant. Ordered, waited 20 min only to find the order was already sitting on the counter. Ordered vegan burger with cheese and toppings. Vegan cheese was non-existent and one ring of onion was it! Very over priced product, poor quality and poor service. Never again!! See less

Regular customer. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have quite a memorable experience as one time I requested a joke with my order and I was not disappointed by the result. The fact they went out of their way to complete my request is a sign of the lengths the staff here will go to too make sure you enjoy your visit. On top of all this the food is delicious. I have had a few different burgers and they have always hit the spot. See less

Really good fresh burgers, with a very consistent quality. Their menu is also updated on occasion. Staff are friendly and the wait times are short making the restaurant is good for a casual meal out. Also available on Uber Eats and Menulog. See less

Wow was very impressed, was expecting an average burger experience but was pleasantly surprised. I had a mini selection of three burgers ( great idea ) and they where so tasty and fresh all distinct from each other in there flavours . I paired that with a trio of chips platter each with there own individual dipping sauces , they were very fresh and the zucchini chips were particularly tasty My server was very pleasant and had a lovely attitude and was very attentive without being over bearing. Very professional approach to this whole experience and I shall return again soon. See less

Great burger, love the vegan and gluten free options available, especially the delicious zucchini chips, which I ate every bite of before thinking to take a picture. They were that good! Update: Needed more zucchini chips, and tried set potato today too, took the obligatory odorous photos this time! Don't drool on your screen! See less

It was my first time to Grilld, and I enjoyed a beef brisket burger with zucchini chips and a ginger-lemon kombucha. Overall, a delicious burger that didn't need additional condiments. The chips were flavourful but a wee bit greasy. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the ambience was warm and inviting. Overall, a good experience. See less

Love the veggie and vegan Grill'd burgers however bring back the old mushroom burger! The new mashed mushroom pattie is a pass for me, give me a whole mushroom like the Field Of Dreams used to have. L didn't like his grilled cheese burger, forgot it came without vege. His mistake. Otherwise the beyond meat is a solid choice for a quick bite. Chips could be crispier too. Still a go to for quick easy meal. See less

Disenchanted would be the first word that come in mind to describe this venue after today visit. After sitting down for several minutes and being confused where the menus where. I decided to approach the staff member behind the counter and ask where the menus where. She seamed quite friendly but distracted from her job. The venue wasn't busy. I mentioned that both my partner and I where first timers in the venue within our brief conversation. The same female staff member took our order when we where ready and pleasantly helpful explaining that different buns where available plus what to do with the bottle caps which donated towards different charity's. Within our order we also asked for a bottle of water for the table. We did also purchase drinks also but it was about 33 degrees today. Both my partner and I had both been working outside today in the heat and still in work wear. Yet we had to ask twice for the water. The staff member did say quite loudly that the glasses available where dirty and to get clean ones to another staff member. Yet the bottle we received was clearly not clean and luke warm. We drank it anyways... The meal which was presented to use was not what I expected from an establishment like this. The burger was very nice but oddly placed on a long plate to the side with no sides or garnish just a half empty plate. Both burgers where of good quality but definitely nothing to rave about. Considering it seamed to specialise in burgers. We also got a share plate of 3 different types of chips. The staff member was very nice and let me choose other sauces as the "normal" ones all had added sugar and I am trying to avoid added sugar when possible within my diet. Unfortunately the chips where not fantastic. The sweet potato came out burnt. A staff member noticed me photographing them and may have over heard my partners and I discussion between us. Ask if the meals where ok. I made mention of the chips and they where replaced but the replacement chips where not much better either. I did like the avocado chips and the plain chips where very crunchy also. Overall I feel that the staff here may not have been properly trained in customer service. Most where very distracted from the few clients present and unaware what to do next. In the beginning of my review I used the word disenchanted for my description of the place. Which is the best word I feel could only describe my disappointment on today visit to this establishment. I was excited to see the sign out front stating healthy burgers and even when the food was brought over. Yet on closer inspection the illusion of a healthy simple option brought great disappointment. I may consider going back for a burger but definitely wouldn't recommend ordering the sweet potato chips. Don't expect high quality service from staff either even though the female member who served us mostly was friendly she still was untrained in general customer service skills. Considering we where served a dirty jug and staff had to state to get clean glasses I'd question the cleanliness of this place too. See less

The staff are what make this place! Burgers are great too! They greet every customer the second they open the door, and once they find out your name, they use it. They also donate to charity and the food is amazing! See less
