Cold burger fell apart, stringy beef, chips cold, inedible bun. Other visits have been good but for the quality it wasn't worth 23 bucks. I ate the filling with knife and fork and left the most stiff chips, about a fifth of them. See less

Grill’d at Norwood is a great and proximal place to have a nice bite! I’ve found this particular location is consistent with their quality and always has friendly, welcoming staff. The chips are crunchy and sufficiently seasoned, the spicy mayo is sweet and tangy, and the chicken burgers are crunchy, flavoursome and a perfect balance of ingredients. The food is delicious, and relatively healthy too. Sadly this is where the good bits of the review end. Every time I place an order for pick up the estimated time is grossly wrong. Like seriously abundantly wrong. 3 or 4 times now I've arrived late to pick up my order and it isn't ready despite the app saying it was ready already. And I watch scores of delivery drivers come and go, picking up in front of me, so many that I wonder if they prioritise them over me. 'You're next' they tell me, then give orders to 5 more delivery drivers. 20+ minutes after my order was due and after telling me the order is next about three times, finally it arrives. And it is delicious, this needs to be said. This has happened EVERY, SINGLE, time, it's not just once or twice. I mean if you're busy I can understand that but fix your pick up app to give accurate estimates so people can choose whether they want to wait and where to wait, don't waste my time, I don't have 30 to 40 minutes to wait for a simple burger!!! My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. I asked for the no bun option which is meant to be wrapped in lettuce, but instead, I received a bunch of ingredients thrown into a box. No lettuce at all. Not even any utensils to eat it with. Just this… mess. See less

Always a good experience at my favourite burger place! Quick service and delicious as always. 🍔 I always go for the brie and zen chicken sliders and the new HFC (healthy fried chicken) bites are delicious. Can't go past some sweet potato chips either. 🤤🤤 See less

Got this note with my order after menulog took ages to collect the delivery, I was probs waiting an hour or so. This is great customer service despite it not being their fault. So thanks Grill'd! Also the beyond meat burger was super tasty, is if you are into fake meat I can definitely recommend. See less

Crow burger was stacked high and tasted good with ample sauce. BBQ Brisket was also good. The movie ticket deal with Hoyts makes it all worth it. Highlight was the crumbed zucchini chips. Those were so addictive! See less

Came here for a quick dinner, used our 2 for 1 vouchers and got 4 amazing burgers, not burnt at all and very flavoursome. Staff was very friendly and we got our order very fast! See less

As you can see both buns were burnt which made for difficulty in keeping the burger together. First mouthful had the top of it falling everywhere. The chips were served with far too much salt. While the service was appreciated we had barely finished our last mouthful when the offer to take our plates was given. It wasn’t busy and we were still eating our chips. The plates could have stayed til we finished our full course. Tables were clean and the staff were friendly. See less

This was average. We had the Wagyu burger, and it was soaked in sauce - it was more like sauce with a burger. Service was good, friendly and helpful. No cutlery provided, and no salt or pepper. Good atmosphere. Lots of families there. They're advertising dinner & a movie for $25 - movie tickets are $10 and the most expensive burger in the deal was $13.50, so not sure where the deal is there! See less
