All great, bread for the burger was unexpected ones in a good way as I wanted something with low-carb, which I thought they wouldn't have it but they did. The generosity of trying to cover all different type of people's preference, such as vegetarians, keto-dieters and so on. For the flavour-wise, tasting juicy meat and other ingredients clearly but also harmonically. For sure, I'd like to be back to try other burgers. See less

We went to Grill'd Werribee yesterday. I ordered the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. It was THE BEST Caesar Salad I have ever had. The serving size was large, the leaves on every layer had Caesar Salad Dressing and Fresh Parmesan cheese and grilled Bacon on them, making each bite moist and tasty. The croutons were sprinkled throughout as well. I highly recommend this salad!! Also the wait staff were friendly, efficient and polite as well, a real bonus. We will be back !!! See less

Staff attitude wasn’t good .. asked us to leave if you brings our kid food even we mentioned he wont like grill Unprofessional way of asking are u both ordering -ofcourse we were gona order . they asked you to buy only from us otherwise you can’t eat here it left us no choice and to buy from them which my toddler won’t even like to eat and u not allowed to open other food in that restaurant apparently that been told … I wouldn’t bring kids there when ur kids have specific food choices See less

My personal experience was generally good most of the times. Had a bad dining experience with staff’s attitude when preparing a seat. While staff was wiping table clean, all the bread crumbs were dumped on the seat. I had to move a big table myself to seat while staff was watching me do it and found that my seat had crumbs on it. So had to also clean it myself before seating. Not a big deal but it does make stars drop. Is bad experience an exception? Yes, most of the staffs are pretty nice and friendly. Would I go back to this place? Yes, because it’s Grill’d burger and this place cooks it well. See less

Quality was poor, my father and I had to wait outside the store due to the sign stating wait until a member arrives but even after 5 minutes no one came, so we had to walk in ourselves. Tables were dirty, and had to be cleaned whilst we stood, eventually the meal came, but was not vegetarian, they gave the wrong order. Luckily I checked the chips, they were chicken chips so I knew that it was a wrong order. What's more, they gave the wrong sauce, and when we went to the counter they kept denying and saying, "Customer, stop lying to us, we have everything in our records," which is quite rude when we remember. They still don't comply and unhappily finish our "delicious meals" with the "crisp chips" like everyone else is going crazy about. Would not recommend. See less

Soo... the general experience was great, burgers are great but always come out differently sized... regardless of price. The chips arnt anything special to be honest. If i was to come again i would get the bacon and cheese... the hot burgers are just a joke they arnt hot and they cost more. Haa haa haa. See less
