Had the crispy bacon and cheese burger on sesame seed bun made of, beef, crispy bacon, tasty cheese, lettuce, tomato, spanish onion, relish & herbed mayonnaise. The burger was juicy and went down well with a soft drink. It was not busy at the time (approx 2pm) and service was friendly and fast. Would definitely try it again! Thank you Grill'd Woden! See less

The staff is rude at this store, I have eaten at other Grill'd restaurants and they are super cool, but this woden store has weird attitude, the store was not even busy. All customers should be treated properly..! See less

Standards at Grill’d Woden are really slipping. Almost every time we order now something is wrong with the order, missing items, cold food, tonight it was burnt burgers. Inedible. The lack of consistency is really disappointing, you just never know what you’re going to get. See less

Vegan burger was really good. But worst customer experience ever with a rude member of staff who clearly has misplaced anger her life. Not at all kid friendly because of this. Our son was misbehaving no more than the average 5yr old. We disciplined him fine, no problem, when we noticed what he was doing. She took it upon herself to literally yell at us "control your son!" She had absolutely no customer service skills and really shouldn't be talking to customers. The manager did completely nothing and watched the whole thing. So yeah, don't take your kids there if Scary Burger-Making Lady is there. Wouldn't want to rouse the beast again. See less

Where do I start... 10 staff on, place had about 4 people in when we ordered. Food took 30 mins to come out and was then cold. Luckily for my pregnant wife the chicken was warm at least. Zucchini chips were inedible due to the caked on salt which was well over the top (as seen in photo). Young waiter at least tried to help by asking how the meal was and offering a replacement so hats off to him. Waited for 20 mins for replacement chips which didnt arrive before we decided to leave and tell the young lady at the door to cancel them. Unfortunately this isnt the first bad experience I've had with Grill'd but you'd think after 2 years since last visiting that something would have changed. It has, its worse. Edit: Forgot to add, some of the staff couldn't be bothered to wear their masks properly in line with COVID requirements. Half hanging down over their faces or necks while they were serving or cooking food. See less

Burgers are a consistent standard and a family favourite for movie night. However, if you're ordering takeaway, order directly from Grill'd. Compared the price for purchasing from Uber and it was $17 more expensive (including $2.99 delivery fee)! See less

After half an hour of wait, enquired about our food only to be told their "system dropped the order" so the waiter had to take the order again only to wait another half hour for mostly average food. Worst part is, it wasn't even peak hours and there was hardly anyone dining anyway. See less

Tried ordering through Menulog. After 2 hours Items were missing and the rest was stale and inedible. First sauce was the texture of scrambled eggs and the second was so solid I could lift it with a fork. Called Grill'd direct and was told they would order a full refund through menulog 2 weeks later and we are still chasing Menulog. See less

If you enjoy Grill'd, you're better off going to Manuka. Over half an hour wait for a simple take away order that came out barely room temperature, and missing items. Not the first time either, service here definitely not worth it. See less

It’s worthy to go there at non-peak times, I throughly enjoyed my burger and chips. They were cooked to perfection and the staffs are catering to everything to make your time feel pleasant. They check up on you to see if you’re enjoying yourself. Though it can be pricey depending on the Individual, it’s worth the money. 😊 See less

Seems to be one of the bests in canberra. Bacon is crispy. Fries are lovely with rosemary. It was our first time there. We ordered a burger with bacon and different kinds if fries for side. Burger was juicy and rusty and fries were well done with taste of Rosemary. Definitely Will come back to taste other burgers See less
