Ordered food at 6:15pm being told it would arrive at my house at 6:40pm. At 7:15pm the food had not yet arrived so I called and had to go through Menulog, they told me the delivery time was now 8:05pm. At 7:45 my phone then said the food had been delivered so I tried to call again and was told that the delivery time was now 8:45pm. 2 and a half hours for 2 burritos, 1 bowl and some chips? Of course I canceled the order because that is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that menulog contributes to this but I have never had any issues with any other restaurant through menulog on a Friday night and this is not the first time I have known of unheard of wait times when ordering Guzman Y Gomez via Menulog. Terrible. Stone cold food with a very expensive price tag. Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Much better value down the street at the competition. Would not recommend at all! See less
