Halal Muslim Uyghur style chinese food. its not your traditional Chinese food that you find and eat everywhere. Its a different style, spicy, chilli hot, greasy food from Xinjiang. I have eaten Uyghur food in Central Asia. Its not the best available in Australia but pretty good. Try their skewered lamb pieces, ribs, beef/lamb tripes. See less
