Our group did not have a good experience here. However, I hold out hope that most of the problems we encountered were as a result of the restaurant being newly opened and not very experienced yet. Despite the restaurant being empty except for us, the waiters did not pay attention to us and it took a while for us to be able to order. They tried to seat us in one of the worst tables despite all the better options. There were quite a few options that had not been prepared, so they were not on the menu. There were many issues encountered with the BBQ itself, mostly due to the grill not being oiled and us not receiving any guidance from the waiters about how it was supposed to be used. They did not give us plates or enough tongs/scissors. As for what we ordered: they prawns were TERRIBLE (frozen, poorly defrosted) and impossible to make taste good. My friends enjoyed the wagyu. Very arrogant. Booked a table in advance and when we turned up, was given a table by the entrance. When we requested for another table, was told that our table is meant for ‘low people’. Worse, manager opened the door that allowed a cold draught to blow in. Walked out without a second thought. Not impressed. Won’t be back! See less

The food that we ordered was yummy. However service was laxed. We were seated and then after about 15mins no one had come back to take orders even though we were looking around and trying to get someone's attention. Had to go up and get a staff member for us and the table next to us who were in the same boat. As we were ordering we got told one of the meals wasn't on the menu that night, changed to something else only to have the staff come back and say that also wasn't available. Have been to the Hanok at Dickson and was better service and just as good food in comparison. See less

The best Korean Bbq in Canberra! They have got plenty of side dishes and the meats are superb! The staffs are very good and accommodating. Thumbs up, we do not need to go to the city anymore. 😊 😊 See less
