I Went to Hansel & Gretel to buy some cakes for afternoon tea. A long haired girl asked me what I want I said 3 vanilla slices and one caramel slice. The young girl then said to the lady with short hair and glasses in a condescending tone she bought all the vanilla slice. The lady with the glasses said she always does. We will get more on Monday. So much for wanting my buisness the cakes are small and these ones were tastless. You should be happy that I was trying to keep the buisness locally. Then I had to wait 30min for my coffee ☕️ and it was bitter as heck not like it was busy. See less

What happened to this place? I used to be able to recommend this place to all my mates but its gone downhill. Egg and bacon rolls were tremendous 2 years ago. Went there the other day and got stale bread and cold cheese. Go back to the way things were please. See less

Do not order anything from Hansel and Gretel. We placed an order 26/9/21 but the order did not arrive on the Wednesday as promised, we have rung, emailed and personally spoken to someone (manager) at the shop who promised faithfully he would organise a delivery the next day, but that did not eventuate. A week on and still no delivery. See less

Have been getting very good coffee beans here for years. Put it an order nearly 4 weeks ago, got an email saying order received .... but nothing since. Emails not answered, phones disconnected, Facebook messages not looked at. I am hoping they are only pausing their business, but they need to put a message somewhere. If they are permanently closed they should close their website and online shop. See less

Well this is sad. My family has shopped here exclusively for ground coffee but after over 30 years we won't buy from you anymore. An order arrived today that included out of date products, missing product and items were substituted for lesser value, with no offer of refund or at least a note. Phone calls and emails leading up to today were unanswered. So I hope it was worth it for you to do this but this is the last time. See less
