Seduced by all the great reviews my husband and I had dinner at Harry's this evening. What a disappointment. The very small serve of vegetables were cold by the time the meal arrived. My eye fillet was tender and cooked as requested but the potato gratin was so strongly spiced that I had to scrape off each potato slice and follow with a drink of water. Husband's rump was less than tender and not hot and his vegetables were also cold. The only things that were hot were the chips that we ordered as a side dish. Meal was expensive and certainly was not worth the high price. Was not impressed and will be eating elsewhere for the next 2 nights. See less

Had dinner here with 3 others. It was a busy spot with a couple of large groups there for dinner. My steak special was substantially undercooked & had to go back to the kitchen. It was a long wait. Eventually I was advised that my dinner had gone to someone else, so I ordered a different meal (butter chicken) which was ok. My meal finally arrived long after my dining companions had finished. The staff member was very apologetic & handled the situation well. She removed my meal cost from the bill. I noted that the lady behind me had the same problem with the steak special & sent it back to the kitchen. My friends ordered barramundi, duck salad & filet mignon special & had great meals. So, not ideal, but the staff were helpful & apologetic. See less

Had a beautiful dinner at this lovely restaurant in Longreach. Scallops where amazing and have never had a more tender rump. Our hostess, Hayley, was very knowledgeable and personable. She definitely added to our experience. See less

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Great presentation, well described on the menu and tasty food. It's no surprise that Harry's is the No.1 restaurant in Longreach. I'd also like to mention that all the staff were exceptional, polite and very patient especially Hailey. She greeted us and was still able to be attentive the entire evening. Great service, great food. I had the calamari for entree and it was perfectly cooked and not too salty. For mains I had the pumpkin risotto. I had a couple of cocktails and the cocktail menu was very appealing and not cliche. The restaurant was busy and we had great service. See less

I have had a lot of pork belly in my life. But honestly, the pork belly here is the best I have ever eaten! It was prepared so well, the pork used was fanastic and the cinnamon apple on the side just made it. Absolutely delicious meal! See less
