What can I say? My deep Christian roots that date back 2000 plus years make it difficult to read their advertisements. However, some things are more important than religion. My coeliac friend accidentally ordered a non gf pizza and didn't realise until after it was delivered. She had a stressful day and also didn't have enough money to order another pizza to fix her issue. I ordered one for her and asked Hell Rolleston to put a personalized note inside the pizza box which not only they did, but they also gave her a second gf pizza free of charge to ensure she didn't go hungry. She went from having 0 pizza to having an abundance of pizza. Service like this is really appreciated and totally turned her mood from sad to grateful, thanks so much! See less

Had a delivery order. We wanted to pay in cash, the total order was $61 so we tryed to use a $100 note. The driver only had $20 on him and said that was all he could give us back. Ended up losing the remaining $19... a big company like this they should carry a bit more change to accomodate for people who prefer paying with cash. See less

first week we had 2 weeks after opening the pizza was fantastic. Second time the pizza had very little topping, was very tasteless. and had no seasoning. the sides however have both times been really good. See less
