When I go out to eat, I want to eat a meal that tastes better than what I can cook. How hard is it? I’m here to recommend this restaurant because, Each meal I have had here at the Hibiscus Dolly restaurant has been exceptional. They are consistent, they have a lovely darkened cool airconned dinning lounge, well trained staff, who know how to pour a decent beer, including Guinness, their wine list is extensive with only the types worth including in the wine list, and the food is the best pub meal available you’ll ever have from most Aussie pubs. In fact Ive eaten in pubs all over the world and Dollys bar sits somewhere in the top 10 or 20 pub meals I have had… I can’t fault the experience. The high top tables are comfortable and nice to sit at and they are always striving to do better and be greater than they already are. Don’t hesitate to book a table with friends here. I want to be a Rock Star ⭐ so I rocked up to the Open Mic night to see how it's done! Service exceptional ♥️ Im in my Melbourne Jumper sun's out tatts out and I felt more welcome here first time than my last job after 4 years 🤢🤮 Order meals and cocktails at the bar and they bring them to your table ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place was packed families and friends you can't hear their kids cause the music 😉 It's Pub food and I'm a fussy eater Its a Long Way to the Top if you want to Rock and Roll that singer gets 5/5 just like this Pub They also have a fire place if you've come from Hell and find Darwin a bit cold 🤣🤣😜 See less

Hibiscus Tavern has been around for a very long time and is a good watering hole if you're thirsty also you can do your shopping at the Hibiscus shopping village and there are so many other stores but the tavern is well known to locals and more recent terrorieans if you live around the area you don't have to drive and risk your licence you can get a taxi or walk home there is plenty of parking Disabled and toilets in the tavern or the shopping centre staff are helpful and friendly cheers Billy. The service has been fantastic recently, the best of any in Darwin at recent times. Has always been reasonable but has definitely improved in the last 6 months. New menus are awesome, but disappointed there is no more chicken wrapped in bacon as that was my favourite! I also miss the cheese & bacon croquettes... Lucky they have great steak! See less

ordered steak sandwich at Dolly's Irish Bar, with an actual Englishman. After we got over the initial shock of horseradish. We really enjoyed the burgers. The chips were great too. Staff are fun here too. See less
