Loved the decor and atmosphere of the place. Liked their selection of Cantonese and some English songs. It seems like we tried most of the items on the menu. 5/5 for French toast, red bean ice drink, mango sago, rice noodle rolls, egg tart, noodle soups, HK style tea. 4/5 for curry fish balls, egg and ham sandwich and black sesame soup. Took the two kids there since who knows if and when we might ever go back to HK, and was pleased that they enjoyed all the food there. See less

Delicious authentic food and drink. Fast service and reasonable price. Took us back to the streets of Hong Kong. Enjoyed the French toast with peanut butter and pineapple bun with scrambled egg. See less

I just saw that some people seem to be maliciously attacking this small shop, I really want to rehabilitate this small shop! I've eaten it twice haha, I ordered Fresh Toast, Ovaltine fresh toast Mango sago pomelo ,Hong Kong-style milk tea, fish balls! All very authentic! It is that every time I go to the pineapple oil, it is sold out (recommended West Toast! The bread is freshly fried, with peanut butter in the filling, topped with condensed milk!) See less

Bruh I swear, this Hong Kong “Café” is as authentically Asian as fortune cookies. The milk tea is incredibly watery, and the French toast was as dry as the Sahara desert. Not coming here again, thanks. See less

I love pineapple bun and fish meat siu mai and French toast . They’re really really yummy. We came here around 12:45pm because of pineapple, they’re always sold out early. The pineapple bun outside skin crispy and hot same as Hong Kong . Fish meat siu mai put the chilloil in the taste really good!! And the French toast very fresh , they put many peanut butter in so yummy. If you love peanut butter must order this . This is the only Hong kong style cafe I know of in Canberra. If you’re thinking it’ll have the same big variety of selections as others in Sydney or Melbourne you’ll be wrong, this isn’t necessary a bad thing if the small selection they have to offer is what you’re after! The HK style milk tea is great! and the noodles are good enough to enjoy! i wasn’t a fan of the pineapple bun since it didn’t taste fresh to me. We missed out on the egg tarts so i’ll definitely come back for a snack! I think if they are able to add more to their menu i’d come back even more! it’s a good start to this small place See less

Very authentic Hong Kong food, loved the snacks/light meals selection they offered and everything was up to standard. I wish they had more substantial meals but it is run by a young family in a small shop so it's understandable. Don't know if there are other HK cafes in Canberra so this is definitely worth a try, will be back to try the other items on the menu! See less

The only Hong Kong street food Cafe I've known in Canberra and tried so far in Australia. Their noodles with egg was simple but interesting and actually inspired me to try it myself at home. A cosy store tucked away inside the Yamaroshi building. The entrance is next to the little sushi store - look out for the sign they place outside! The egg tart and lemon tea were the highlights. Everything else was ok. Some items lack taste but they provide a bottle of condensed milk to help. The store itself is quite cute and clean. They’re quite new so I think I’d give it another chance later down the track. See less

It was very good. The ice lemon tea and the red bean ice cream milk drink was also very similar to the hong kong taste. The egg tarts and pineapple bread were delicious too. Would love to explore more of the menu!!!!! See less

Excellent Hong Kong style street food in Canberra. I highly recommend the HK style toast, pineapple bun with butter and egg tart. The milk tea taste is really good and reminds me of Hong Kong a lot. Absolutely a place to visit. See less
