Pathetic service. If I had an option to rate in minus I would’ve done that. I ordered from Ubereats about 20mins before they close. Obviously, once you order, you don’t check your phone till you receive notification for delivery driver. I was waiting for the order & checked after 10mins & saw that they had cancelled my order & didn’t even bother to call & inform. Never seen a restaurant with staff like this. You should have courtesy to call, and if you don’t want to take order then shut the ruddy Ubereats app on the tab so customers like me are not fooled. Never going here again & asking all never to visit here. Hopeless service.
Response to owner: even if the order is cancelled the restaurant can always call the customer as you have the number of the customer. It is all about taking those extra efforts to call & inform which you did not. So it would be good if you can own up your mistake rather playing the blame game. As it is your responsibility to inform customer if you cancel the order. It is simple, if you don’t want to accept orders, go offline on app rather than cancelling the order. Your response is not satisfying. See less
