We love hungry jacks, NEVER a problem, but hate that our order was wrong EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING AND WAS CHARGED AS SUCH, we ordered 2 whopper with cheese meals ( one with extra cheese) we recieved 2 whopper junior meals no extra cheese. LOVE THE CHAIN BUT YOU'RE THE WEAKEST LINK FIGTREE. PICK YOUR GAME UP. See less

Do not go here!. Placed an online order which i could not get due to the machine being broken. I asked if I could swap that item out for a differnt one since i had already paid but was told no by the manager Cheryl and that if i wanted a refund to 'work it out myself' on the app and that its 'not our problem'. She was rude and arrogant to me and my partner. After reading out there own policy on the app which states a refund or item swap she then hid with her head in the sand out the back not even apologising for how she treated us. Piece of advice STAY AWAY food was mediocre at best anyway. See less

In my opinion Hungry Jack's is one of the better eat in and takeaway food outlets. Can be expensive and portions are small. But the burgers are better! Staff are polite and well mannered. The service is much faster than the opposition's. Downfalls, traffic lights in and difficult getting out, limited parking. See less
