Refurbishments done and the place looks much nicer. Food is usuals OK at meets the standard for reasonable frequently - a lot of restraints can be hit and most bit this one is a hot most times. See less

Unfortunately some of the young staff members are bong let down due to their training. Every time I buy from here via the drive through my order is never correct. The staff are polite and look to be working with enthusiasm, pity about the orders always being slightly wrong. See less

Don't trust the staff if you are allergic to dairy. They will take your order and tell you wait in the car park. When the order arrives they will say no dirt. Lucky I opened to check. This is the 5th time this error has occurred. The store staff never listen and are hopeless. See less

I ordered 2 spicy fried chicken burgers. It took them 20+mins to give me the food. The store assistants had to manually check my receipt twice before starting to prepare the order. After 20-25mins finally received the order. I had a bite from the burger and realized something is missing. The sauce was put just as if the shop ran out of sauce. Only some of lettuce. I’m not even sure why I paid $9.35 for this burger. Very disappointed. I’m not going to visit Hungry Jack’s again. See less

I ordered a chicken burger from uber eats but I received only the bun!!! Like who on earth buy just bun without the chicken??? I spent $11 on burger and received only bun! What a joke!! When i call the store the workers said I forgot to select to add chicken in a chicken burger!! It is common sense!! To send chicken burger with chicken!! Highly disappointed. See less

I often order a whopper junior with cheese and large fries (as i did tonight) but for the last month or so the chips have been cold and taste like cardboard, no salt. Burger is nice. MacDonald’s chips are always hot and has salt. I hope Hungry Jacks can rectify this or else I will get them elsewhere . See less

A bit above average food. Always forgets to put in sauce with my meal even when I order it as well as salting the chips. Sometimes I swear they never put any on even when I ask for extra. Was a loyal customer of Hungry Jacks firle but the quality has started deteriorating over the time. I ordered 2 tendercrisp peri peri and waited 15-20 mins to get the order. Later, i took a bite and felt the taste to be odd. Not only there was no peri peri but the buns were totally burnt black! Didnt expect such ignorance from HJ! See less
