ordered today through the drive through, ordered off their loose change menu, got a burger and a drink and asked if it would be cheaper if i got it in a meal and they said they would see what they could do, but it in a meal and it make individual items which would’ve cost $5 all up cost me $10 didn’t realise until i got my reciept, went back to ask about it and they refused to do anything about it. on top of that my food was cold and there was a hair in my burger! terrible customer service, will also be making a complaint to head office about this disgusting treatment See less

Just brought 3 large Orange juices that were mostly made up of water. I didn't know you watered down your Orange juice to that extent. Very costly for 3 large waters. See less

Undercooked bacon on bacon deluxe burgers, end of a tomato on one burger, caramel thick-shake where the caramel must've gone on holidays, soggy bun, only good thing was the hot chips where the salt must've joined the caramel on holidays, definitely no Hungry Jack's any more...... See less

Tasty food, but not the best Hungry Jack's experience. Often friendly and efficient but sometimes the very opposite of that. I guess it depends on which staff are on. I've had a lot of problems with online orders going wrong so I wouldn't recommend ordering online. They often don't have everything on the menu available. They usually pack down well ahead of closing time so if you come in the last hour you may be disappointed. See less
