This would have to be the WORST fadt food experience i have EVER had! They advertise food that they tell you is never available, shocking wait in the drive through. Every single time I end up being moved into the waiting bay. If you are moved into the waiting bay you then are not able to turn out of the drive through as it is so narrow and about a 90 degree angle making it impossible to turn out. The customer service is shocking and you are not even able to enquire about any of their products without being told to hurry up or to move on. The staff are unfriendly and rude and I would advise everyone to steer clear of this joint. See less

Food is always hot but the wait in the drive through is crazy. You need to work out a way to speed it up. Been there twice over a 2 week period and waited around 5 minutes both times at the window. Other then that, friendly, order was correct and hot. 🔥 See less

I have never been more disappointed in my meal. The beef patty was over cooked and a tiny piece of tomato with a ton of lettuce with mayo. This was the Whopper. Then had an iced coffee and all I could taste was water or rather ice. Not going back. Used to love my whopper. See less

I’m no great fan of fast food hence the 3 stars. Food was hot and the restaurant wasn’t freezing cold which sadly I have found HJ’s to be on the infrequent visits I have made to their restaurants. See less

Statistically, every time I visit hj's Glendale at least 1 thing is wrong with my order every single time. Staff are lazy and don't seem particularly concerned with the quality of food or service at all. Great service - best chips! Yes there’s a wait but hey make it fresh and you can taste the difference- we rarely have fast food but I totally rate this place as a cheap little naughty treat. I ordered the rebels and the young man kindly checked that we were ok to have it on the one broiler - thanks for checking! 🙏 NB: you can make the rebel 100% plant based by asking for the vegan cheese and mayo swap out ;) Decor needs updating, but the nostalgia is real 😂 See less
