I bought two medium cappuccinos this morning 25/4 I live less than 5 minutes from HJ kambah. There was a marked difference in weight between the two cups, one was only half full, very annoying. See less

Worked there for 5 months. Worst management, they treat all their employees so bad even though most of us are under the age of 18. Once I resigned no one even acknowledged my resignation, or replied back to me. Really disappointed and hurt. See less

HJs does not deserve 1 star even and they show disrespect and no care on all levels from minor staff, shift manager Bijaya, store manage Sandeep to highest management. They yell at customers and staff infront of customers and don't respond and talk in unprofessional way. They serve contaminated and not fresh food and they have huge discourage to apologise. Their complaint page is terrible, they don't send replies, case number or acknowledgement which is the basic rights for any client. I have a family of 7 people were regularly visiting Kambah ACT branch. Now we are moving away from HJs (all stores) See less

Interesting, we didn't actually go here, but it was the closest place where we started off in the queue to get PCR tested between Christmas and New year's 2021. Remember the great testing scramble of Christmas 2021? When sensible people had to wait for hours on end so that they could be checked they were ok to travel and see ther loved ones in other parts of Australia... See less

Lacking in lids on drinks training in their drive through. They will give you paper towels to clean up the spillage though. I'd have preferred a lid placed properly on the cup though. See less

Why do they call it drive through when you get "parked" every second time you go through? So made order, got sent to the carpark to wait, only 7 minutes this time. but orders for 4 cars came out at once. Reminded me of a 1950s diner, just add rollerskates to the staff. Something is seriously wrong here. I have been parked for 15 minutes in the past. Person didn't know which order was which either Not good enough. See less

Waited for 10 minutes to be served with no one waiting at the register and the manager standing within arms reach, dealing with the mountain of orders going out for menulog, or ubereats. Orders saying ready for collection when they are not. Drinks made well in advance so the whipped cream on the iced chocolate is a pool of goo by the time the food is made. With the 15 minutes wait for the 1 burger and 2 kids meals, it would have been quicker to go to the supermarket and make it myself. Update 14/7/21 Picture of cleanliness... Stick to drive through...
