What we got of our order was pretty good, unfortunately they missed a couple of items out of our family meal mainly 2 of the bigger burgers, this isn't the first time this happened. Would not recommend this Hungry jacks, until they fix up their act. See less

Super long wait only to receive cold, squashed, tasteless burgers. Fries and onion rings were cold and half filled. Thank God Uber Eats gave me a full refund. See less

LAZY manager. Wasn't willing to correct problems with orders, nor compensate. Someone else left the store with our order, we pointed this out at the counter, so they aparently made us up a new bag... We drove home and found a TOTALLY different order to what we paid for. Family and kids are hungry. Drove back and asked what has happened and asked for the correct burgers. We were then blatently lied to by the manager, saying we asked to swap for the other persons order... what!?!? We didn't know what the other person ordered!! Why would we do that!! The manager then walks off, selfishly leaving the issue with a young girl. Manager did not even offer to rectify their mistake and give us correct burgers... We had to pay extra for them! Manager not willing to deal with problems at all, yet happy to SCREAM demands at workers, making all the customers stop and look. Also filthy inside. Not good at all. See less

Its happened 3 times we waited 25minutes for 2 double whopper meals in the waiting bay.. which they have given our order to someone else Also they have given me COLD single whoppers instead.. very dissappointed. The adds saying that burgers are better at hungry jacks ain't BETTER AT ALL!! Very poor service definitely needs to be fixed ESPECIALLY your workers needs to be trained to time manage and quality.. I used to never want to order from this Hj’s as their staff used to be so rude, the wait times were ridiculous and my order was ALWAYS wrong and cold! However I noticed there has been a change in staff and my orders are correct, wait times reduced and the staff are much more professional now! Probably one of the fastest for MenuLog order deliveries too! See less

Bad communication and doesn't accept delivery orders. They make you wait for hours with no response or follow-ups that you have to take action by calling their delivery partner instead. Also fails to make burgers properly. Fix this! See less

Been here for quite some time now and the staff members are well trained at the point of taking orders. I realized that some burger is less sauce *perix2 for Chicken Tendercrisp Burger. Food quality standard/ average. Sometimes it can be slightly salty it depends on who prepared. Drive-thru is always crowded. The restroom is available here. Close to the supermarket and had station. Somebody please tell me. Is there a secret in these fast food chains that they don’t like to hand out sauces even though you pay for them?? Literally every time they’re missing!! My special note read. Check. Double check. Then check again! Obviously they missed it..... Pictured is my ‘Big Jack’ burger. Well at least I think it is?? It’s an absolute mess and was so soggy when it arrived that the paper was soaked through and ripped.
