Forgot the sweet and sour sauce…. again. I have kids in the car so can’t leave them. I call them from the parking lot. 17 times the phones rings out (they only let it ring 4 times then straight to voicemail). Finally an answer. They bring out the sauce. By the time I get home - the food is COLD. Needed to microwave it. It gets better though… whilst I was waiting, another guy had a burger missing from his order at drive through, so he parked next to me and had to go in. And yet another person had items missing from her order at drive through while I was there. She couldn’t walk in because she was in her PJ’s… parked and had to flag down the HJ staff as they brought out my sauce following 17 phone calls…. WORST HJ IN GEELONG. ALWAYS forgets the sauce. And if you check your bag at the window, they ask you to keep moving… CANT WIN. ITS NOT ROCKET SURGERY GUYS just throw in the sauce please. See less

I went on wednesday 7th of july 2021 payed for my meals and was sent to bay 15 minutes goes by still no food a worker walks out asking what we ordered said back in a minute another 10 mins goes by so i go in and ask qhats the hold up they look at us silly then find our order under the counter on the floor how did it get there ill tell you i heard the manager say press the button to say the meal was done when it wasnt done at all so they dont get yelled at for drivethrough times not impressed after spending 70 dollars i had to wait a total of 35 minutes .and they didnt even say sorry. Filthy premises. Tables, floor, windows and sills all dirty. Food scraps on tables and seats. Bins overflowing. Staff not interested. Talking amongst themselves. No staff cleaning. See less

It is Hungry Jacks, not much else about it. The store is usually not too busy which is nice and the meals always consistent. Staff are polite but they seem to share the front counter and the drive through so it can often take a few minutes to be served. See less

Drive through service was alright, staff didn't really smile or communicate much with us, they were more focused on talking among themselves while preparing orders. The food was fresh and tasty. The chips were hot and we'll seasoned. Good value for money and we would stop here again if we are passing by in the future. See less
