They would be ok if they served their meals hot instead of waiting for a complaint. They did replace the meal with a hot one without any hassles though. Great play area for kids too See less

Drove all the way here looking forward to the bacon deluxe deal HJs emailed me saying find it in my app. Got there and the emailed deal wasn't there so I had to pay full price. :( A week earlier the app charged me full price for a shake and win item and after letting HJs know, still haven't heard from them. Sent a second feedback email about the non existent deal a week ago, not even any acknowledgement. Rated 2 stars because the HJs food is great :) See less

WARNING! The management at HJ's Salisbury MUST have changed recently (early 2022) as the burgers are almost un-eatable. They look exactly like a town burger at 3am complete with minimal, stale lettuce and tomato, squashed down into a near FLAT burger! The buns looked and tasted exactly like Coles brand plain buns, breaks apart just looking at it and not one sesame seed on top. I don't know if the other burgers are still the same, or have also become cheaply made but I just can't take that chance, not after the 5 straight bad food experiences that my family and I have just had, so I'm not going back there again and that's a shame because the burgers 'were' once the best that I've had in years, but not now,,, yuk. UPDATE: 1/4/2022 A few days ago my brother brought home some whoppers(the buns are back to normal but almost completely FLAT!) and they honestly looked like the salad has been kept in a BUCKET! and then spooned onto the meat - it's truly DISGUSTING food right now. So, today I had to see if the other burgers are effected like the whoppers and purchased two chicken burgers - Well I can tell you all right now that they are indeed, effected. The chicken looked great, but tasted like cardboard! That's right, completely tasteless like it's been over-processed. The salad was AGAIN spooned from a BUCKET! YUKKKKK! So that's it! Enough is Enough, and never again will I eat from this store YUK!!! See less

Not good very disappointed with service. Workers are Very rude and not cooperative. Took too much time to deliver in Drive through. Waiting too much time and we asked hot sauce she said no. I told I will pay but she refused. Very unprofessional. See less

Ordered my family dinner bundle in app, followed instructions on app, arrived at the drive through to collect my order, just to be told “sorry we are closed early as we are out of stock. Then get offered a refund when I tell them it was online order and drive to the second window. Arrive at the window to be told sorry but all the rolls are closed and money is in the safe! Now not only did I not get food for my family but I didn’t get my refund either. When I question this the reply is it should be refunded after 24hrs. This is just not good enough! See less

Went to pick up my on line order at 10:30pm to find the store was closed. The girl I spoke to in the drive thru said they had run out of stock. To top it off she also could not refund my money as they had closed all the tills and lock the money away. Now I have to wait for tomorrow to see if my money is refunded as I did not pick up an order. Very disappointed… on line orders should not be able to go through if the store is unable to fill it . The design of this 'family friendly' building has diners entering and exiting in direct line of their Drive Thru exit; meaning you walk out the door with kids, prams etc. into oncoming traffic. Who knows what the architect was thinking? It has a very prominent indoor playground for kids, great, just make sure you look both ways as you step inside to order your Happy Meal. See less

Due to my card not working on the drive thru I needed to go in & pay for my order. When I got in I had a woman (maybe Manager) ask if I needed help. I explained & she abruptly said I needed to reorder. A little confused if they were confused with orders or due to a young one learning. Ordered my Large stunner meal which the new staff member needed her advice & help with what I was asking for. I think I confused the staff member serving me, anyways the maybe Manager made my order. She handed to me with the grumpiest face but I still thanked her nicely as I felt for the new staff member. When the newbie asked for help the "Manager" was in know way considerate to speak or show any Manager skills towards her. She just looked peeved off she was train ing her. I'm pretty sure she would have started the same way and would have needed to ask questions etc Maybe someone could remind her of this. I felt uncomfortable waiting Anyways back to my order. I feel it was thrown in the bag and my burger was stone cold! And as pictured, are these large fries?? And large choc Sunday? I saw your ad on tv about your coffee being great but my Coffee was very weak and Luke warm I was too unwell to bother to go back in but went to my friends and heated up my burger & coffee. I haven't had hungry jacks for a while so just a wee bit disappointed. See less

Great service offered by Kylie in the drive thru. She was friendly and polite. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no pickles and heavy tomato. It was hot, juicy and delicious! Wait time was minimal. Great playground for children. Wheelchair ♿ parking and access is available. See less
