Well! That was the most intense service I've ever received from any drive thru ever! Haha the service and attitude from the manager just then was like being in a bootcamp training drill with the drill sergeant screaming orders at you. The guys needs to lay off the Red bulls and stop watching SAAS Australia before coming to work! See less

When through the drive through at lunch time on a Monday, and had THE best attendant I’ve ever had in fast food. He was young and he personalised his service communication which was really refreshing. I hope he gets employee of the month. And the burgers definitely came with extra pickles like I asked. Well done. See less

Absolute racists! Kept waiting for my order and I was sent to the waiting area for around 15 mins. When the lady came with my order, she murmured “bloody migrants” Date: 23rd Oct - time 2:10pm. Management I would really like you to address and investigate this with the lady who served me. See less

I came here on Tuesday October 5 2021 around lunchtime and it was a long wait for our meals which were pretty average. There wasn’t much sauce in our burgers, and the chicken burgers were pretty small. There was only one person making the burgers, and one person on fries, probably why the wait was so long. (Thank god I saw a now hiring sign there.) Also, the decor, tables and setup looked like they hadn’t been changed or updated since 2009, would benefit from some renovations. I would recommend going to Carl’s Jr down the road instead of waiting for average burgers. See less

I drive through here (West Lakes)about once a month, every time around 3 pm on a Friday, I'm with a few cars behind me, but wait at the window after Ive paid for a good 10-15 minutes, when I don't see any people at the counter??,So that tells me they don't have enough staff to even cook chips to go with my 2 burgers? ABSOLUTELY Disgusting. Ordered a Family Feast Deal and the Order was nothing short of a shambles. Drinks were wrong and short changed. Food was made poorly and cold. No Sauces. No Straws. No Serviettes. Children couldn't eat and ended up spending more money buying pizzas. Waste of $50. See less
