We went through the drive through for a quick snack. We were served by pleasant team members, quick service. We had to go to all three Windows though, pay at the first window and food at the second window and coffee at the third window. A bit strange as it holds up the queue behind you, so I hope we didn't upset anyone. Service was good all the same. The car park was neat and tidy and clean, so I make the assumption that if outside is inviting then the inside of the store would be to the same clean stands. Well done team. See less

Incredibly long wait time was experienced, even though I'd ordered in advance via the app and notified followed all the steps to ensure a quick transaction. On arrival at the collection window, there was no acknowledgement or interaction until several minutes when I had to call for a staff member to find out what was going on, only to be told it'll be ready soon. Not the service to be expected from a HJs. See less

inside the store is nice and clean, friendly and quick service. although i ordered a rebel whopper from here and it was burnt beyond belief, could not eat it. the tendercrisp and chips were very good though. 3/5 See less

Hungry Jack's Traralgon Visited on 16/3/2021 I like to rank it with 5 stars but I have to reduce it by 1 star, because of the misleading poster stating that it store has free WIFI. It is a refreshing clean and modern stall. I am very impressed that a young staff member wiped and sanitised the table after the customer using it has vacated. The toilets are clean too. After reading the poster about the availability of free WIFI, I request for the password from a staff. He does not know the password, but he goes to check with his supervisor/manager. However, he returns to tell me that there is no free WIFI in the store. Just before I leave the store, I quietly ask the helpful young staff to convey my message to his superior to remove the misleading poster. See less

Literally the most pog hungry Jack’s ever!! Service is outstanding, food is insane and the toilets.....don’t get me started. Cleaned to perfection and the seat was just warm and comfy. Playground is also a highlight, fun for hours! See less

Very clean modern Hungry Jack's. All the normal burgers that HJ's is known for...plus they also offer cafe style coffee and the like. Bit too muck chicken salt on the chips for me though. Oh, while on the subject of chips these were nice big and slightly chunky...long gone are the stringy french fries. See less
