My favourite go-to Thai restaurant when I am craving for spicy food, real spicy food. The food is in good portion, taste great and at affordable price. I know the restaurant is no fancy for photos or anything but simply great to eat and enjoy the Thai cuisine. The set menu for 2-3 is great value. See less

I spicy is one of my absolute favourite restaurants. Their food is so authentically Thai and packs one hell of a punch. It’s definitely one of Richmond’s best kept secrets. My recommendations: the crab fried rice (wow) and the crispy pork shanks! See less

Nice food! Great Fish Cakes The pad Thai was good but chicken over cooked. The pad Thai needed some sugar and chilli (all good) and happy they gave us a lime instead of a lemon. Please use a paper bag instead of plastic in the future... Otherwise very nice food and will return See less

Didn’t think much when I first entered the shop as it was a small restaurant. However the food exceeded my expectation. We had the panang duck curry with slices of coconut in it. The fried rice we ordered too is good and comes with a lot of side dishes. The pork shank must be the star of the restaurant, it was really good , was abit dry but very tender. Authentic Thai restaurant that have been around for many years with it's original branch in Glenferrie. The Tom Yum is sour and tasty. The som tum is tangy and a little spicy. All in all the dishes are cooked really well and the complimentary dessert is great plus! Unfortunately we came with a baby and the restaurant is something we would call not too baby friendly. I've lived in Bangkok before so I know this is the real deal. Authentic basic Thai restaurant with all the trimmings of a Bangkok Soi. Som Tum was delicious, and all dishes you can order to your level of spiciness. Great service, friendly and quick. See less
