My partner and I really enjoyed the $15 special lunch last Monday for our boys second birthday. The pizza had that perfect woodfire taste and the toppings were fresh. My son loved his pasta and wore most of it on his chin. The best part of our lunch though was our waiter. He was a hell of a nice bloke going above and beyond to cater to all our needs. Top service! I ordered a margarita pizza for takeaway and when I arrived I wasn't 100% happy with it so they took on my feedback and made me a new one straight away without hassle. Their service is really amazing and the pizza was very tasty after all. Will definitely be back! See less

I got really deceived by our dinner yesterday night We order as a starter and deep-fried calamari, and prawn pasta plus a pizza. The deep fried calamari were to Greasy and not fried fried property. Prawn pasta tasted alright but they used tasteless frozen prawn! So only the pizza was really good, I thought it was a restaurant not a pizza shop! Over all overpriced for what you get See less

Bravo il Vento! A wonderful dining experience provided by the il Vento owner and chef. Cheese wheel pasta topped with fresh black Winter truffle. Dessert was chocolate pans cotta with raspberry coulis and dried orange chip. The hospitality was first class. Before our function that was upstairs at the wharf, we popped in for a pre dinner drink. The il Vento staff were welcoming and the barman made a mean gin martini. We will be back to explore the amazing pizza menu. Highly recommend. See less

Really tasty and good quality food! On the night we dined at il Vento it was pouring rain and the staff did everything they could to accomodate all guests and make sure everyone was out of the rain and comfortable. Everyone was super happy with their meals! See less

Took a while to get seated and get the attention of staff however once we did,the staff were apologetic and looked after us. Best Italian we have had in a long time. We had the Rigatoni Al Mare and Spaghetti Amatriciana both amazing and cooked to perfection. We can't wait to come back! See less

I will rate my reviews out of 5 Restaurant ambiance, we got take away Food presentation, we got take away Food flavour, 4 Service, 3 We ordered takeaway pepperoni pizza 🍕 & bruschetta. The pizza is wood fired. Had a beautiful crust & just the right amount of topping. Tasted amazing. The bruschetta was average. 2 small pieces of toasted bread with cherry tomatoes. We where told 20mins wait time but turned into 40min wait time. Would recommend phoning ahead for your takeaway order. Yes I would eat here again. The pasta looked good also. See less

I loved the cream pasta! It was much better than I expected. But the one thing about food was pizza was too thin. I guess it would be better if it's a little bit thicker. Everything was good except for 40 minutes waiting. I should have noticed it before I ordered. See less
