Had a beautiful lunch @Itali.co Sorrento 👌 🍴Food was beautiful. Had a pizza, pasta and chips and couldn't fault any of it. 🍽 Lovely spot by the beach and close to the ferry. The restaurant is well fitout, clean and welcoming. 📝 Would recommend booking in advance. Was pretty busy. 🤵 Staff were friendly and attentive. 🚻 Amenities were nice and clean. 👪 Was family friendly. ------------- 🔄 Repeatability: Will definitely be back to try more! Pizza was great but unfortunately we haven’t had the best experience the past 2 times we have been. Once we got laughed at and told we couldn’t have a table outside because there was no outside service that day, and inside it was like everyone was on top of eachother. Then we went the other night and pizza came out completely wrong they said 3 minutes for another one and then it came out 20 min later , my partner was waiting to eat his food by that point. ( although the lady who was looking after us was absolutely amazing didn’t get her name but a shoutout to her an absolute gem she was. Extremely apologetic , and made up for the night ) See less

Had a delicious pizza here, the base was perfect and prawns so fresh! Would highly recommend. It was a busy time and the service we received was great and we didn’t have to wait a long time for food or drinks. Will definitely be back to try the pasta. See less

We dined at Itali.co on Easter Saturday and it was amazingly busy, and l know in the current climate how hard it is to get staff. We were amazed at the quality and taste of the meals, all 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals from pizzas to pastas all were made from quality produce and tasted wonderfull. My seafood pasta was one of the best l have had! The service was a bit slow however our waiter more than made up for this by his wonderful manner and service. Couldn’t fault the place. See less

We had two lunches there while at recent short stay at Sorrento. We tried their pizza, pasta and risotto. On both occasions food was delicious and service was prompt and friendly. The pizza base was as delicious as the one I had in Rome. I am very fussy about my pizza and I was impressed. The ravioli with ricotta were so fresh and tasty. The mushroom risotto was full of flavor. The place has a great feel being right near the front beach. We will definitely come back when we visit Sorrento again. See less

Went to lunch for the first time. Waited almost an hour for food that never came. Ordered a salad and chips, didn't think it was a difficult order. A couple next to us arrived 20 minutes after us and they received their meals before us. Got up and left. See less

Always great pizza and food but unfortunately as a local when restaurant is busy weekends and holidays couldn’t be less interested in us. They forget we are the ones that support all year round not just the summer. Sorrento is very quiet ( most of the year). Just disappointing service. See less

Ordered pizza for 710 pick up. They claim to have missed or forgotten our order due to a system issue, now 740 and still waiting for pizza. Probably good food, but sort it out lads. See less

Pizza order took 40 mins. All other orders were ok. The process of ordering via no contact app was good. Pricey menu items. Make it a point to share a plate as most orders are good for two people. See less

Have been frequenting Italico for many years as we are regulars down at Sorrento and more recently have been very disappointed in the service. Waiters seem to not be very attentive, and very forgetful/missing items. When we asked the waitress for our missing item she let out a huff like we were the inconvenience. Food is usually nice and pizzas are delicious but the customer service is really letting you down. See less

Second time dine in here after 1 year apart, food and service are so disappointed compare to last year. No water delivered to table, pasta was uncooked, told the manger, he took it in and came back with the same bowl and it taste like it’s been microwaved extra 5 mins(possibly add some water to prevent pasta being too dry in the microwave which is very thoughtful).
