Very poor customer service, the menu clearly stated they sell a snits, chips and gravy pack. One of the ladies working persisted to argue and belittle me with what it said, she then took a look herself and realised it does in fact say a snits pack, she then decided to have an attitude towards me while I was trying to compete my order....will not return to this Cafe. 2pm on a Saturday displays cabinets pretty much empty a top at of 6 pies avaible to buy. Pretty poor for this time of day. Coffee was horrible and the chips were bland and tasteless. Would not reckon anyone to go there walk another 40m to the food court. See less

Wow, my review & experience differs quite substantially from previous reviewers. I do agree the staff were nice & friendly, their service not too bad, but the quality of their wares was pretty ordinary. I had a ham salad sandwich which was too refrigerated, how does one enjoy a too cold not far off frozen sandwich? The donut was also unnecessarily in the fridge, another too cold item to consume. I always look forward to a good lunch after a bit of hard yakka, but this meal was an unpleasant experience. At least the can of soft drink was cold. I would suggest they lower the fridge temperature & not have their cakes refrigerated, the taste was almost too stale because of the cold. There was a lack of warm atmosphere & the ambience was pretty ordinary, yet, incredibly, people rated this establishment with 5 stars, I'm incredulous. I would not recommend this place, surely there must be better options. Cheers. See less
