All the reviews stating how it’s gone downhill are correct, all nice workers are gone. Saw a fly sitting on one of the pies and felt horrified. Don’t recommend this place, looks like I’ll be looking for a new bakery. This is just really unsurprising, new manager is horrible and I miss how this place used to be. Lovely friendly staff. They make the best on the spot salad sandwiches. They make others, but I love the salad ones. And, for sweets. I can't leave Jacobs without buying a fresh vanilla slice with passionfruit icing. too. It HAS to be the ones with the passionfruit icing. Delish !!!! There is a beautiful dark hair girl who serves. Not only does she make the sandwiches for me, she's always happy, bubbly and smiling. I don't know her name. Thank you Lynda See less

Been going there for lunch every Saturday for years as we have an appointment every week. Sadly the quality has declined to the point I won’t be back. On the rare occasion there’s actually pies or sausage rolls they are completely cold. The last three occasions the gristle made up most of the pie the rest was filler. I always like to give a business the benefit of the doubt that they may be overwhelmed or have supplier problems or perhaps unwell staff but not on so many occasions. See less

Have been going here for the last 3 months consistentantly because their sausage rolls weren't bad. In that time the prices have increased twice and not by small amounts. It used to cost me 8 dollars for a 600ml oak choccy milk and a sausage roll. In the span of a month went to $8.20 and now it's $9. I simply can't justify the ridiculous prices when what I'm receiving hasn't changed. Not only that on multiple occasions Ive gotten a sausage roll where It was that undercooked it was almost mooing at me. Will not be going back. See less

From the first time I entered the bakery to order a birthday cake, to the day I picked it up, could not fault the customer service, professional, so happy to help, courteous and friendly! I had approached another bakery about using our own Sonic cake topper and they weren’t sure they could do it but Jacobs didn’t hesitate! Nothing was a problem!!! The cake itself was AMAZING!!! And, not just to look at! It was a beautiful fluffy sponge with icing that made you want more!!! The kids were asking for seconds and the parents commenting on how fresh and delicious the cake was!!! Everyone enjoyed it, thank you to the team at Jacobs, we will be back!!! See less

Steak bacon and cheese piea were extra salty mince pies with a little cheese and bacon "rocks" on top, almost broke teeth. No steak at all. The bacon and cheese quiche was probably thw worst ive ever had, eggs were sweet and almost tasted like custard. Id advise going elsewhere. Hopefully the food stays in me See less
