I ordered thru Menulog craving Jades Chinese cuisine, and was utterly disappointed with delivery was 2 hrs and counting. However the team at Jades were not only apologetic but had empathised my fury over the wait. Not only had they satisfied my request for a banana fritter which was amazing they handled this mishap with professionalism care and concern and despite waiting due to Menulog lazy drivers i will be ordering direct with Jades, and this will not deter me from ordering with them ever again.The food was so delicious and it was everything i was craving for.No doubt best Chinese food in Warragul. We took my Mum and Dad out for a belated Mother's Day dinner on the 10th of May. We were greeted by warm and friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble and sat down for a superb banquet. Throughout the course of the night we received superb service and some of the best food I've eaten. The home made dim sims and prawn toast were delightful, every other course was just magnificent. As a special surprise we received a rose to celebrate Mother's day from the lovely proprietor of the restaurant. Can't wait to go back again. 5 Stars See less

I have eaten here many times, and have always experienced wonderful food, great and friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. Piano (?) the manager, is wonderful and warm and able to accommodate flexibility in menu choices, eg vegetables instead of onions in the Mongolian lamb. Have never had anything but flavourful, delicious meals here and would highly recommend it. See less

This food was awful, dishes dirty, soup cold, Mongolian combination burnt, satay was all carrots and beans clearly they were the vegetables on special this week. Do yourself a favour and stay home and make ham and cheese sandwiches they'll be cheaper and taste nicer See less

The food I received from this place was not even worthy of a place in my rubbish bin. I ordered vegetables in garlic sauce and what I got was tinned baby corn, tinned water chestnuts, rubbery slices of mushroom and two limp bokchoy leaves in a murky brown water that tasted and looked like dirty dish water. Came back here after 5 years and the food is still great. We came here before and enjoyed the food and services. This time when we pass by warragul, eating here was our first choice and it didn't fail us. The staff is just as friendly. Highly recommend anyone who wants to have Chinese food around the area.
