Had horrible experience here, the manager would not accept our EU Digital covid certs as he wanted Australian ones, we tried to explain that we are tourists who are double jabbed and showed him our certs, but he wouldn't listen and asked us to leave , we then had to wait 10 mins to be refunded for the food we'd paid for. Very humiliating for overseas visitors , I have written a complaint to the company but no one had replied to me yet See less

Not enough staff on for the day. Tables were not cleared and tidied. Waited for a while for our coffees. Hopefully they will get more staff soon and new staff will be able to assist the busy staff that were working so very hard this morning. Jamaica Blue has been a go to for us for a long time. See less

Terrible service. The girl who took our order was polite enough but on top of the server I’ll never be going back. When the girl who served us was coming over with our tea she was spilling it as she walked and then continued to spill it even more into our bags and on the chair and table as she placed it down. Incredible that she didn’t notice at all on the way over that it was streaming onto the floor. But even after we told her “you’re spilling the tea” she didn’t apologise and started to walk away to chat with the cashier again. We had to ask her to bring more serviettes over and clean up our bags and table ourselves. Honestly what was the most irritating was that she acted so unfriendly and didn’t care about what she did at all. The food was mid. See less

We came for brunch on Sunday the 24th .... we placed the order at 11 , the plates didn't come until 1200... we understand that sundays could be busy , but it would be nice to have the courtesy to inform the customers of the delay... finally we had one order delivered wrong , so asked for an exchange ... the girl said it was a wrong order because it was written down by error... finally delivered the right order by dropping the plate on the table without even apologising for it ... I brought my friends here this AM because of previous wonderful customer service ... but not coming here again ... thanks See less

I didn't even had the chance to try the coffee, went to order coffee and was very quiet, 2 females working there were looking at me but pretending they doing something, one of them she found unpacking the dishwasher and packing the place more important than serving customers, I will not ever go there with that kind of service, if you want to stay in business specially coffee one because there's thousands of them make sure train your staff on what's more important, because if there is no customer, there's no dishwasher to unpack See less

Today i was visited here but one staff member was too rude no smile . I understand too stress of work but we do not do free if you can’t leave it . I did this industry in 16 year but i am never felt like that behaviour. Rest of all staff were good .. but food is too delicious 5 star for foodies See less

An absolute joy of a coffee shop. Staff were polite, clean cut and friendly. Service with a smile. Coffee was exceptionally tasty. They had a decent range of quality fresh food. My only regret is that I lacked the appetite to eat. Definitely worth a visit next time you experience hunger pangs and sluggishness whilst perusing Westfield Carindale. See less

Food was decent, as was the coffee; after seeing a lot of previous reviews and people mentioning the fact there is no prices on anything in the cabinet (reviews from 6+ months ago and management saying they'll work to rectify it) shows they're not learning. My fiancee was given a glass with her meal with lipstick on it and made a point of mentioning it and the staff replied with "oh I hate that!" -maybe clean your dishes properly? Also asked for salt and pepper and that apparently translated to 'yes I'll stand here for 15 mins and clean cutlery'. I doubt we'll be returning for a while, which is sad because the meal itself was worthy of a higher rating, just the whole experience wasn't great. See less

Visited the cafe after doing some Christmas shopping, staff were friendly and all had a smile on their face. Fast service and little wait time on food and drinks. Banana smoothie was delicious, coffee was perfect temperature, just the way I like it! Food was to die for! Defiantly will be back! Good value, great job guys ☺️ See less
