Stunned by Chinese dumplings. I ordered scallop and prawn dumpling, which are so amazing flavour. Real prawn and scallop are inside with big size. Xiao long bao is another bright spot, very juicy inside and skin is very thin. I will be back definitely. See less

I would not recommend this restaurant due to poor customer service. First, we ordered on the phone for a pick up order, and on the phone the staff did not know what unagi is (and asked me to spell it?) despite it being on the menu. He then said to come by in 25 minutes and it will be ready. We came by 25 minutes later and the staff had no idea about our order. Then after some confusion they must have found the order written down somewhere and started cooking it. One staff member was not wearing a mask at all, and the other was wearing the mask below his nose. When our order was ready, the staff did not acknowledge us and instead just presented the eftpos machine for us to pay. When we got home, some of the food was cold. See less

The chef dropped my food on the floor, picked it up and gave it to me in a take away container. Only when I confronted him about what he did, he realised his mistake and made me a new order. If I have not kept a vigilant eye I would not have known. See less

Had the fried chicken and a muffin. Good quality tasty food, friendly and prompt service. Neat, clean tidy, accessible from the main entrance, well kept and reasonably priced. Had a coffee too, not the greatest coffee but enjoyed nonetheless. Looking forward to my next visit. See less

Extremely disappointing. We went for dinner before the football, had about 50 minutes until the game started. Ordered dinner, after watching the only other table with people on it getting food one dish at a time, my concerns grew. There was only two in the kitchen, but one of them was also serving. After 30 minutes, we got the first thing we ordered. 15 minutes later I went to ask how much longer, as we must go in 5 minutes, so could we get it take-away? I was told at least 10 more minutes. I told him he needs to tell people if the wait is going to be that long and was refunded. Now, to review the "food". The only food we did get was the "Korean" fried chicken. It was $20 for seven small pieces of chicken. I would recommend any other Korean Fried Chicken over that. It tasted ok but didn't have enough topping. Should not be sold as Korean. And for that price, should have had double the amount. Anyway, never going back there again... See less

Prepare yourself for one of the quirkiest experiences you are going to have for a while! As a basis of a japanese cafe with plenty of simple bentos and some poke/ rice bowls, it has a few classic dishes such as pork cutlet or japanese omelet. THEN it also throws in some ramen and some korean dishes with little twists including the multi fried chicken. The cheese option is particularly enticing. THEN it also throws in some dumplings, breakfast and some fish and chips... 🤯 mind blown. Prices are decent for the portion sizes and the staff are very friendly. Location is inside the shopping mall. Friendly for yummy mummies pateonage as well due to its layout as you can see on pictures. See less

I've always been a Japanese food lover. I came across this place just to try since it's pretty new.The fried chicken is a big W trust me. Definitely their best. Their coffee was also surprisingly good, even if I'm quite picky on that. (seems like a weird combo i know, but i really felt like it that moment) Overall, this place definitely adds a solid option for those who like japanese snack/food, or even coffee. Literally the best Benedict that I have ever had in Canberra ( one is bacon n egg and another one is smoked salmon egg). I randomly walked in to the cafe and got so surprised by the taste. Rlly rlly recommend these two dishes, worth to try:-) Also, thank you for the service XD, I would definitely come back for more food next time😊 See less

Seafood basket was delicious. The sushi bowl was decent but felt it could have used better rice. Tasted like normal medium grain instead of sushi rice. Staff was very friendly. See less

A new cafe that has the same decor as the previous cafe but a completely different menu. Staff was very friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Rather than traditional Japanese food they serve ‘fusion’ Japanese food and other Korean and Western dishes. As a Japanese myself I enjoyed it a lot :) See less
